LAPD and the DA's office running a heavy handed bluff to silence a professional investigator....Say it ain't so! //s

It seems to me....If SF is telling the truth in all his interviews and internet posts, the law does not have much to say about it unless it is classified or represents incitement to riot or promotes other forms of violence. Even if he receives an informal invite to attend a court....
Considering immediate past history, if LE and DA have anybody to pick a bone with, it would be TMZ. They printed lies for distribution; they benefited from the falsehoods published in terms of macabre treatment of the body.

Sure, there is a level of conjecture to SF's presentation, some of which won't survive close scrutiny...If such were made a criminal offense, seems that the great proportion of the current crop of journalists and presenters would be liable to prosecution.

Yeah it's really odd. There's plenty of YouTubers online sharing info too so are they in contempt of court too? I just cant get my head around them going after SF yet DAB had a 14 year old rotting in his trunk and if we are to believe the info so far has not yet even been interviewed. I'm thinking SF found something at the house that LAPD missed and it makes them look bad. IMO.

On NG a number of items are discussed starting with a witness in the d4vd case who is not cooperating. More specifically a female witness who is supposed to testify against d4vd.

About 29 minutes in there's discussion of a Tesla keycard allegedly found near d4vd's residence in a gutter. NG's guest explains that the keycard is necessary before one sets up a smartphone as the Tesla's key.

To be honest, if I found a card like a credit card or such in a gutter, I'd assume it was lost not evidence of a crime, and I wouldn't use gloves, either. I'd just try and get it back to its owner or hand it in to the police and go about my day.

Oh yeah I'm not blaming the neighbour, I would've likely done the same too. I just wondered if police would be able to find out if the keycard came from that particular Tesla or a different one ?

Sure, it'd be an RFID chip, individually coded to that specific car. Think of a hotel room keycard. It's coded to your door, not your neighbour's door. You can have a few copies, but they all only open that one door.

It sure seems like there are many aspects of this case that need to be investigated; it's not quite as straightforward as other homicides. I'd like to think that's the reason everything is so quiet and it appears nothing is being done (I don't believe nothing is being done). I am hoping that right now all of the evidence is being collected to create a solid case and then BAM! one day we'll hear about an arrest, someone is convicted, and the family will have answers.

They are milking this for every last drop...

So far it seems same old same old

- there was a verbal outburst by Morgenroth in the 13th floor hallways saying he wanted the continue the tour and said the DA was pressing him (not clear what this was about.)

- Geragos says he thinks there's some sort of immunity deal and the prosecution doesn't think Morgenroth is being 100% up front or is being resistant.

- Geragos says the handwritten note to Steve Fischer telling him to show up at dept 123 is nothing he's seen before

- possible hearing date in February??

**** WHYYYYY would these folks do any of this within earshot of TMZ??? This entirely seems on purpose to me. Geragos himself says he knows Evan Jenness, attorney for Morgenroth. We already know they both know Blair Burk, who is David's attorney.

I do wonder about this case, perhaps too much. We have a decent (though vague) idea of Celeste’s time of death. LAPD mentioned the SB trip in spring. Combined with her most recent “sightings”, we can assume she was alive in Jan2025, as SF claims was the last time she is seen on CCTV near the home.

However, the creepy lyrics and influences to his music don’t start there. That would seem more clear cut… a quick transition from happy clappy pop music to murderous lyrics within Celeste’s demise’s timeline. But no, he’s been singing about murder, blood and death for years.

Are there more victims? Could there be? Perhaps one more? His music, even before Celeste’s demise in 2025, almost makes this sound planned. When I first discovered all of these lyrics, some from songs written two years ago, I thought “wow, it’s almost like he planned this.” But what if this wasn’t about a long-term plan for Celeste? What if this was stemming from grief of another victim? From before he blew up, perhaps?

I really try to avoid feeding in to conspiracies on here, but it just feels that there’s something more here. The length of time taken for LAPD to do so much as issue a statement, such high levels of secrecy. It’s to be expected, I suppose, but there is so much we don’t know. Romantic Homicide, in this context, sounds extremely damning now. But Celeste was alive when he wrote that. She was alive when most of his weird songs were written / released. So who were these songs about? Who was the inspiration?

Perhaps his callous assumption that he could dismember a girl and dispose of her without a trace could be because he’d gotten away with it before.

Let me know your thoughts. Not a working theory but I definitely would believe he has more victims. JMO!

Homicidal ideation is a strong possibility IMO. I also think another one is that she got mixed up in this lifestyle and someone in the entourage killed her- intentionally or unintentionally.

IMO the reason the murderous lyrics started before the whole Celeste thing, and not when she went missing, is because according to him... gore = p or n.

What I think happened, and this is very much JMO, is that he'd watch gore DVD's as his p or n... but after a while they just weren't doing 'it' anymore for him. He needed more. IF that theory is true then it wasn't an accident IMO. It was his p or n started mild, got more violent, and then more was needed to get his jollies off.

Perhaps there is no who in regards to his inspiration for those songs. Perhaps it's a 'what' and not a who. The what would be what gets him off. Gore.
