That's a really good question. Cuz he did something to make them allow her to attend. But what?
Maybe sent a car and arranged transportation?

Just a guess.

So in aug 2022 she was 12?

C says her parents wont let her go to his concert and he says "don't worry. I'll fix it. "

How did he fix it? Did he bribe them? Or befriend them? Or just helped her sneak out?
He had a few buzzing songs before then, but released his first two really (mainstream Tiktok) viral songs (Romantic Homicide, Here with me) in July 2022. So this would probably be one of his first real concerts.

He would have been 17 then, and (allegedly) have 'known' her online for a year or so. Streamers and other people who've met him said he came across as very nice and likable. He's from a well off god-fearing family.

I could see the parents reflexivly going 'wft no' when their 12 year old said they want to go to their internet friends concert in L.A or wherever it was. But I could also see D4vd maybe being able to reassure them and talk them around. Invite mum/dad, organising transport, say his parents were gonna be there, wanting his friends at his first big show etc etc. He was an age that he was young enough they might not have thought of him as a potential predator and also considered him too old to be interested in her. Imo.

At least at that point. They likely realised their mistake quite quickly.

Maybe, but it sounds like something else to me since "fixing" the issue with her parents would likely be something other than sending around transportation. Now, if she had said "I have no way of getting there"... now that's an entirely different matter. Sending transportation could make sense there. But "fixing it" because her parents are so ****ing annoying by not letting her attend his concert...? I'm more apt to think that "fix" was something else. JMO

Right on.

A teenager ends up decomposed in a rich man's car, and the focus is on her "rough" background.

One of the YouTubers covering this mentioned his attorney is linked with a higher up at TMZ, so look for that site to now try to smear Celeste in the court of public opinion. Despicable!

In Australia we have "Court data records" where we can look up if people have attended court. Is there something similar in the US?

Assuming this is Celeste (I recall some back and forth on that), I think it’s more so a reflection that she didn’t see David as much older or their relationship as non-consensual. Consider how often people will comment on a perpetrator’s appearance when they’re charged with a crime, particularly rape — those comments are overwhelming. She probably just thought of Epstein as a gross old man, and didn’t relate it to her situation at all.

I thought the same, she was speaking on JE. I know with YouTube…so potentially with Twitch as well, certain words on your livestream will get you flagged and de-monetized. That’s what I assumed was happening in the video and why he said to “delete everything” etc. Not because she made some freudian slip about their “relationship”.

"'There's no evidence' in Celeste case"

....... that's been released to the public.

Who is this? Random defense attorney. Banfield is reporting what others are reporting.... NewsNation haven't sent Brian Entin or any reporters to LA to cover this*. I wonder why? I suspect part of the reason is they know TMZ/ Harvey Levin have the upper hand and control over this story. "Reporting" that "we have no evidence" is irresponsible when this lady is just a random defense attorney who isn't even involved in this case on the ground LOL.

It's not the LAPD or investigators announcing they have no evidence. It's not even reporters on the ground (but they wouldn't dare share something like this if it were murmurs.)

*they enlisted the "help" of "PI" SFInvestigates, who is fraught with issues to begin with.
