CA- Body (IDd as Celeste Rivas Hernandez) found in vehicle at Hollywood tow yard, abandoned Tesla registered to singer D4vd – 8 September 2025 #2

Wow!! Well now what would DAB need that for I wonder? If delivered then I'm guessing it was purchased online and even if a fake name was used there would still be a digital trail to a bank account? An IP address? (although they might of used a VPN)...I wonder if there is doorbell footage of who accepted delivery?

I don't know what to make of this info from Steve and sometimes I think that using this for nefarious purpose is a stretch.

But then again, pyrotechnics onstage are NEVER done using such DIY items and this would be so dangerous indoors.

This person shows its unpacking

I'm a city person born and raised.
I don't understand why one would use this at all. We have recycling bins. I live in a temperate climate and don't need a fireplace or fire ring. What are you supposed to burn in this thing? The video shows a guy burning boxes and I'm like 😬 why.... why add smoke to the environment

This is a VERY peculiar finding and I am curious to know if it would be mentioned in court. Assuming this case gets to court....

So from a look at the manual. This 'Burn Cage' has no burners, fuel supply, insulation or anything like that. It's just a metal box to contain what you pile in it. Perforated and raised off the ground to circulate air to help it burn hot. i.e a fancy looking burn barrel

Not quite what I was imagining when SF said cremation-temp capable incinerator. Though I'm interested in what the 'adjacent items' he mentions are, I can only guess fuel/accelerants, or perhaps dismemberment-capable tools?

To play Devil's Advocate:
D4vd is a Texas farm boy. He might've bought it to sit around with his mates on summer evenings. It genuinely might not have crossed his country mind that burning your recycling/yard waste on your own property could be illegal somewhere like L.A.

I want to know how SF concluded the name on the order was fake and just bought/sent by someone else. I can also see why the police didn't necessarily look at the box and think 'body disposable' instead of unused yard furniture.

(IMO) Burning a body, even bit-by-bit isn't exactly a discrete solution such a densely populated suburb. The neighbours noticing/ smelling/ complaining before they got done, and/or remembering if police ever came looking for her later, seems extremely high.

Maybe that spring drive was a scouting mission to find a remote burn-site. But fully cremating her would require someone spending hours tending a body-burning fire-barrel, and more remote, the more alarming signs of fire/smoke is going to be to locals... I imagine the L.A fire department is/was extremely responsive to reports of fires in the hills around that time.

Not that we should assume any of these clowns have a teaspoon of common sense to share, considering where they ultimately left her (allegedly.) If it was ordered under a fake name it's definitely more suspect than not. SF is right that it isn't something (most) people would just use in a Hollywood Hills backyard.

So I can certainly imagine that burning her body was a solution D4vd and his brain-trust hit upon. They impulse-ordered this thing without thinking things through. Then when it arrived, the pitfalls of that plan dawned on them and put them off actually following through.

Good points made here, no sensationalized gabbing

With the Reiner case taking up LA's attention, I worry about this one.

I'm wondering if this is what the late night trip to SB was about...to find somewhere remote and desolate to be able to burn a body without any witnesses. I don't think he could of got away with it at the property in LA due to the close proximity of other residents and also any fire damage would have been noticed by the landlord.

Were they going to use the burn cage to cremate celeste?

Wonder what the other related items are?
Can't think of what "accessories" one might order to go along with a "burn cage".

"The burn cage and other related items were delivered to the residence under a false name, although the deliveries were accepted at the property." (From the link in above post)

I wonder what would be found if the outer box for the incinerator was dusted for finger prints??

SFs lol.

If it was in a big box sitting in the hallway or garage or something for however long. Anyone could have touched it.

It's kind of moot anyway. She wasn't burnt. Unless they have messages, internet searches or testimony saying it was purchased to dispose of the body/evidence. Then it's just an unused burn barrel. No law against having one, and plenty of legitimate reasons to buy one (even if you technically couldn't use it in the garden of the house.)

He could say it was meant for his parents place. Hell, he could say it was a package that just turned up one day, it's got someone else's name on it, but he hadn't got around to returning it to sender. Or that he regularly orders stuff to his home under a pseudonym to avoid doxing his address.

Acceleratents and/or fuel would be my guess. Lighter fluid, or something stronger that would make it burn hot. Or maybe pokers, axes etc. Thing is, most any accessory you'd buy to cremate a body in it, you could reasonably argue was bought to break up/burn garden waste or whatever.

"Singer D4vd will likely face murder charges for the death of Celeste Rivas, and that's because the grand jury that's hearing the case will be asked to hand down an indictment ... sources tell TMZ." Hope it's true, and justice is served soon for young Celeste and family

Oh, I hope that is true about the Grand Jury indictment. It has been too long already, imo.

But I felt that way about Melodee Buzzard's case too, angry that her mother was walking around free and clear. She was finally arrested and charged.

So maybe it's now D4's turn. 🙏

I really hope this is true! I cannot believe we are going into the new year without even an arrest.

I too had been drawing parallels to melodee buzzards case...mum has been arrested now they have found melodee body. But celeste body has been found for over 4months and still no movement on D4. If reports are true that celeste death was in springtime then that's a long time to be hiding evidence.

I hope this news source is allowed to be shared (apologies mods if not).

(NewsNation) — Private investigator Steve Fischer revealed an unused chainsaw was found inside the Hollywood Hills home rented by music artist D4vd.

It comes two weeks after Fischer said a burn cage was also inside the California home where the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was living, but it remained unopened.
I mean how many more ways were they going try dispose of a body? It's a rented house so landlord would be in charge of "garden maintenance".

Why is this guy still at large?

+1 thank you for saying this. There's a vacuum of Real Information from Law Enforcement so the general public is attaching to claims of an "incinerator" which isn't... (it was a metal cage made of 5 pieces of heavy duty metal).... it's not illegal to own an unused chainsaw (if there really was one...) and to me it seems all these rumors help the defense.
