I suspect this is old news, however, wanted to post for anyone that doesn't scroll back.
The link given is simply the statement of the ME regarding the court order, a hold requested by LAPD, to delay the release of information on the victim's autopsy. Where is there anything saying the ME filed a lawsuit against LAPD?Any word on the lawsuit filed by the ME against LAPD for the order not to release results?
You are right. There is no lawsuit by the ME. I misunderstood something and will report my post. The link given is simply the statement of the ME regarding the court order, a hold requested by LAPD, to delay the release of information on the victim's autopsy. True, but it's up to him if he follows instructions. I hope he does. And I hope they bring him to the GJ immediately. Hopefully they already did.Well, I'm assuming that he had release conditions. Probably has to stay in Los Angeles County, I'm guessing.
I’m so curious about where he will be found. Maybe they know where he is and they are just getting everything lined up to arrest him.
MOO Fischer has talked enough about this case and needs to let the actual cops and prosecutors do their work. What about this tidbit of information has anything to do with the owner of the property D4vd rented and securing it's value? Because that was what SF stated about the reasoning for his involvement in this case. Nothing about the car or what has become of it has anything to do with what the property owner hired him to do. He is enjoying being in the spotlight created by Celeste's case and that is the long and short of it. Again, JMO![]()
Why LAPD May Not Have Tesla Video in D4vd Case
Short Tesla Dashcam storage windows and a 48-hour LAPD hold could explain missing footage tied to the D4vd investigation.lamag.com
The Tesla, which Hernandez was discovered on September 8, 2025, was held by the Los Angeles Police Department for just 48 hours in September to process evidence, according to Los Angeles private investigator Steve Fischer, who has been independently tracking the vehicle’s status.
According to Fischer, the Tesla remained in impound for months, accumulating approximately $10,500 in storage fees as of last week. The vehicle was scheduled to be sold at public auction at 9 AM Thursday, and Fischer said on X that he planned to attend and inspect it. Instead, in the final hours before the auction, the vehicle was retrieved. Fischer also shared that the Tesla was released after an individual presented notarized paperwork authorizing the transfer, which he verified. That individual then transferred the vehicle’s ownership out of Burke’s name and into their own.

D4vd's Family Summoned to Testify as Witnesses, But They're Fighting It
This looks like a big update in the D4vd case ... prosecutors want to call the singer's mother, father, and brother to testify before the grand jury in California, but D4vd's family isn't giving in without a fight.www.tmz.com
THIS today. From tmz.
Looks like parents and bro of D4vd are refusing to appear.
Body attachment, please. Seems rich that they send a whole team after Neotheasian but the Burkes get to enjoy Thanksgiving... Xmas.... New Years..... and still sit pretty in their Texas estate?
TEN more days?!From the article you shared:
The stalemate here won't last forever ... the appeals court set a 10-day deadline for the trial court judge to answer.
I think this trial has taught us patience if anything! I still think there could be charges filed this month.TEN more days?!
I mean the family of Celeste has waited FIVE MONTHS now for any public announcements of this getting closer to justice so I guess the Burkes are like who the f cares, what's another ten days....
Just nauseating. IF this had been a wealthy girl from Orange county, I feel like like her family would have lawyered up right away and they'd be fighting fire with fire. David knew how to Prey on young girls. MOO.
