So what would actually happen if everyone they summoned to be witness at the grand jury pleads the 5th? It seems like not one person from D4vd inner circle wants to stand up and do the right thing. A young, underage 14 year old girl was dismembered and decomposing in his car and none of his friends or family are bothered?? They are all garbage. This case annoys me more and more as each day goes by. The poor girl deserves justice.

It's very frustrating. Makes my heart hurt more for her. All the people she (allegedly) knew and spent her time with... none of them cared about her at all. Not even the slightest bit if their behavior is any indicator.

Yes, that's exactly how I feel. My heart actually hurts for her. She probably didn't have the best home life as she had run away multiple times. Then she's lured & trafficked (IMO) online by a famous singer and probably thought her dreams had come true...to then end up the way she did and now not a single person from that group cares enough to tell the truth. His whole family filed court orders to not testify...what a move. SHAME ON ALL OF THEM!

It’s so heartbreaking to me, that it’s taking so long to get justice for her. I keep waiting reading the news, to see if they finally hold someone accountable for this atrocity. She didn’t deserve this, she was just a child. No one deserves to die that way. I pray to God that she will get her justice.

You have an absolute right to take the 5th *unless* you are offered immunity, which can overcome that right.

no the court said you are going to appear. No ifs ands or buts. They can still, by right, take the fifth when they do so. MOO

Would it be a good look? nope, but then it never is.

I must admit I stopped following this one for a while but does SF now work for Celeste's family? I know initially he was retained by the property owner but his continued involvement doesn't appear to be about safeguarding the value of that property.

Also DO we know that Celest was dismembered? Because I thought that was disputed by LE?

ETA I have now read portions of the grand jury doc. So she was indeed dismembered but the body parts were all located in the frunk.

Still wishing I knew what SF's dog in the fight was, aside from self promotion that is. JMO
