same article goes on to say:That would be less than 2 weeks before the car was towed. Reports say it was parked for 3 weeks.
D4vd Linked to House Blocks From Where Tesla With Body Inside Was Towed
Neighborhood sources previously told Rolling Stone that the dented Tesla with Texas license plates had been parking in various places around the neighborhood as far back as May. TMZ was first to report that the home was rented to D4vd’s manager.
MOO it was being parked in various spots in the neighborhood for months and months to try to comply with the rule that cars aren't allowed to remain in the same spot unmoved for more than 72 hours. the consequence for leaving it parked in the same spot for that long would be getting towed/impounded. Which is exactly what ended up happening eventually.
I think the three weeks is an estimate of how long it had remained in the same spot unmoved, not an exact figure. JMO

The same source claims Rivas continued to keep in contact with her friends for more than a year after officially being reported missing, but all messages and calls from her abruptly stopped in late July or early August.
D4vd mystery deepens as singer flees home raided over teen's death
