Thanks for the link!
''A law enforcement source tells Fox News Digital that Smith has a rap sheet that spans both coasts, including in San Francisco and South Carolina. His most recent charge is allegedly for shoplifting -- and he landed up in jail in San Mateo after allegedly assaulting a police officer.

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.''

He needs to be apprehended ASAP and removed from society.
Life without parole in a high security prison.
Just an awful, horrible crime. That poor woman...may she rest in peace.

This is outrageous. I heard that he was out on $1 thousand bail, with a long criminal record!

Our D.A. in Los Angeles County is a disgrace. He's releasing violent criminals right and left. Okay, I won't go any further here, but this makes me so angry! These hardened criminals need to be put away for a long, long time. Our neighborhoods are not safe anymore.

Totally agree. This woke movement/attitude towards criminals is scary.

A quarter million dollars and a name and photo? In any other state this guy would be tied to the front bumper of somebody's truck by now.

I just can't get over how he casually strolled away....there was no panic, no fleeing, nothing. Such a shame. People need to wake up and realize allowing these violent criminals to roam the streets will continue to result in this. Sorry, off my soap box now.

Sadly we already know LWOP is off the table. He'll get 25 to life and be out after he serves a certain amount of time. Crap policies are the reason the LAPD had the Feds get involved in the killing of one of their officers while he was off duty. They knew Gascon wouldn't do his job.

Man charged with killing nurse, 70, at Los Angeles bus stop - CityNews Toronto
''LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man suspected of attacking and killing a 70-year-old woman at a Los Angeles bus stop was charged Tuesday with murder, while LA officials offered a $250,000 reward in the unrelated stabbing death of a 24-year-old woman across town.

Sandra Shells was attacked last Thursday at a downtown bus stop near Union Station while on her way to work as a nurse at LA County-USC Medical Center, the district attorney’s office said in a statement.

Shells fell backward and hit her head on the ground. She died Sunday at a hospital.

The Los Angeles Times reported that a homeless man was arrested not far from the station and booked for investigation of attempted murder.''

Kerry Bell, 48, was charged with murder in Shells’ death. It wasn’t immediately known if he has an attorney.

Meanwhile a $250,000 reward was offered for information leading to the arrest of a man suspected of stabbing Brianna Kupfer while she worked at a furniture store.''

Our justice system has failed yet another innocent human who had much potential and beauty to bring to a society wrecked with so much ugliness. Why was this suspect allowed to be walking the streets?

RIP Brianna. Justice please for Brianna.

He's riding around on buses seemingly without a care in the world and nobody has come forward with a sighting. What's up with that?!

250 grand there for the taking and nobody has seen this creep?! Everyone in L.A. knows who he is and should be on the lookout. But you know what, he's possibly out of the area by now. This guy has traveled all over the place and seems to be pretty savvy to survive like this. At some point though, someone will phone in a tip and he'll be taken down and put where he belongs.

I can't imagine the terror that young woman was feeling before and during his attack. Rest in peace now, Brianna. Justice will be done!

there are 14 million people in Los Angeles county. We will find him, but it’s easy to hide among that many people.
