Circumstances: The decedent met a man at a restaurant in Downtown San Diego and asked if he knew of a place where he could get a room for the night. The man offered for him to stay in his hotel room for $2.50 which was the registration fee. The decedent stayed the night and was found the next morning deceased.

Yes the lack of detail makes the story rather strange. Also Iam assuming his face was recognizable since he had just passed but there is no postmortem or sketch ugh
