So was the victim in that assault, related to the shooter or driver? Sort of confused on that point.

I think the allegation is that the 16 yo girl who drove the getaway car was a sexual assault victim of CQ. In investigating her claims, allegedly police found video of another girl who CQ filmed while he was sexual assaulting her. The shooter was a male friend(?) of at least one of the girls. Jmo

Oh you are right. He says:
“The allegations by the police is that this occurred as a result of a sexual assault against a number of girls by this victim” and I assumed she was one of those. The driver definitely isn’t the girl in the video though.
