Riley and a friend were exploring the promenade at about 9:50 p.m. when a man approached Riley and shot him in the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The motivation for the killing was unclear — no words were exchanged between the men, and Riley’s wallet and phone were untouched, investigators said.''

The FBI has released a sketch of a second person it believes may have been involved in the murder of a man who was killed while playing Pokémon Go in 2016.

Investigators are still looking for the gunman in a Stockton student’s death. Calvin Riley was shot and killed in San Francisco while playing Pokemon Go. He was a baseball player at Delta College in Stockton. The reward for information on the shooter has now reached $110,000.
