"03/14/2024 NOTICE OF PEOPLE'S INTENTION TO NOT SEEK CAPITAL PUNISHMENT FILED"
Man, oh, man.I'd like to think entry was made in error. Fat chance, huh?
I know the arguments about futility of trying a homicide case as a DP case, in just about every state that still carries out the sentence. Plus the expense, etc.
