Good, so he was picked up today around 4 -- then spent 5-6 hours with investigators, before being processed. While I'm pleased with the process, I won't be happy until Chelsea is found.

This is not a good sign.

Like I said I am waiting for the other shoe to drop.

It doesnt sound like he is cooperating so he must be looking at some rather heavy charges. Any information on additional charges pending????

I'm wondering if the charges are more recent. I don't know why they didn't mention them during the press conference and why they said they still hoped to find her alive.

Yes but he is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Remember our great system we have. I doubt from the time they snatched him up that they did not have time to get him in front of a judge.

Saw the ABC report where Gore said that charges had not been determined yet... so something obviously happened in the case between that report and us now finding out that jail info says that he has been charged with murder and rape.
