My wife just informed me firetrucks & ambulances are rolling towards the park direction, there's no fire in the WestWood area. Can anyone else here verify this?

There are already a lot of emergency service personnel in the area. We are listening to them on the scanner. We haven't heard that they have found her.

Yes, I'll be here for a bit longer, then we're leaving. I hope they are looking in Euc groves close to the lake....the view down to the lake was pretty steep.

Please be clear that 'seeing' was purely a psychic thing. I'm in the far north of the state.

haven't found that yet... however his parent's home is described as a town home and they have been living in it for ten years. (link upstream^)

Kind of interesting to consider... if they have only been living at the current townhome for ten years that would be right around the time that his offense with the 13 year old happened... Did they perhaps move to the current home after this happened??

That's exactly what I was thinking, since the victim ran to a neighbours holding her pants up. I certainly wouldn't think his parents would want to stick around to let the neighbours gossip and glare.....

Do we know where he did the 5 years? State or Federal Prison? Also, did the court transcript say he was bound over the sheriffs office to complete his prision sentence. Reason I am asking is that he may of been out on an electronic monitor if he was working . If he was doing 5 of 6 sounds like county...because you do 98% of our time if its federal charges.

Has anyone done an inmate search on him thru San Diego County Inmate Search for his release date? If anyone can place his details up again I will search him thru San Bernardino Inmate Locator. It shows active and non active.

The name Stephen Thunberg was on the documents on the video, so this is the court where he was convicted I guess, San Diego Superior Court. Also there's a booking number 001184401A, but I don't know if you can search this stuff or not on line.

Crews also searched for evidence in Lake Elsinore, one of the places where Gardner lived. Neighbors said they are not sure how much time he spent there, saying he was only there every few weeks to help out his grandmother, who lived there.

IntegraScan.com, a background check company, contacted the San Diego County Sheriff's Department this morning, March 1, 2010, regarding the Chelsea King and John Albert Gardner III case with valuable information on the current address of John Gardner III, but were denied the opportunity to provide this information to detectives working the case.

In addition, IntegraScan has a full address history on Gardner dating back to 2000, as well as four photos, while the Office of the Attorney General only has one photo and the incorrect address for Gardner. The address history that IntegraScan has also shows that Gardner actually lived in Rancho Bernardo in 2000, which suggests that he is very familiar with the Rancho Bernardo Community Park and area.
The San Diego Sheriff's Department has stated that they have valuable evidence linking Gardner to the case, but we feel they are looking in the wrong location for Chelsea King. It is highly likely that additional evidence, and perhaps Chelsea King, could be located at this current address.

Now, I can't locate the post, but someone was talking about the news and hearing "King and Colorado" together. The connection is that the Dec. 27th attack was on a woman from Colorado Springs, Colorado.

OMG I can't stand this....this is too much for any parent to endure....i've been so teary today....and holding my kids extra close.....

And this is our system ..... he molests/rapes girls ... gets caught & sent away to prison for five years... comes out and STARTS KILLING THEM ALSO. That's the "lesson" he learned: survivors testify. Tragic. There must be a better way to deal with remorseless psychopathic pedophiles. And waterboarding doesn't even begin to cover what I think that better way would be.

For me, the "remorseless psychopathic pedophile" is the only real category for the death penalty. If they are convicted with forensic evidence and DNA, so that there's no doubt, they get the needle.
