MISSING PERSON

On 01/02/19, at 8:32 PM Chhinderpal Singh (age 64) was reported missing by his wife. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious. Mr. Singh’s vehicle was located the morning on 01/03/19 abandoned near the Delta Mendota Canal in rural Tracy, CA. He was last seen wearing a black turban, black jacket and pant and dark dress shoes.
