I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a PD claiming someone hasn’t been found when they have, but why would Jimmy say that then? This is getting weird and confusing like the Guthrie case
Edit: I just remembered that yes, deaths do have to be officially registered and police cannot overrule this. Obituaries are not mandatory and neither is revealing cause/manner of death but LE could not legally hide the fact that her body was found. This is strange.
