No I think they are filling out the forms now. (Wishful thinking)

It’s 4:27. Even if the jury has come to a verdict they may wait until tomorrow to notify.

I almost asked that myself! I think it’s quite likely.

Clearly the jury isn't finding clarity in the jury instructions.
It was over a week ago they got them and it was an hour of instructions. They did get a transcript. I am not sure why the jury instructions were not done after closings.

They have already gone home. Read previous tweets

I did read them. Perhaps I misinterpreted the previous post? In any case, I wondered if the jury had come to a decision, but wanted to go home and sleep on it, rather than rushing to finish up today.

There are 7 counts for 2 defendants. I would assume that takes awhile to go over each and from the the questions asked today they may be leaning one way but are not decided on one or two counts.
It is good they take their time and get it right.
I have no worries by the questions that were asked today.

I think the jury has paid attention to this trial and clearly understands, it is the legal speak they probably need clarifying.
The jury Instructions were an hour long and complicated with 7 counts for 2 defendants. So I see them them taking their time and asking questions.IMO.

I hope the Wests are sweating!

Count 5 is the second-degree murder charge for Orson, right? Do we know what Instruction 1B was? I went back to the jury instructions but they're not numbered. MOO
Let me think about it, I remember the 1b part but it was a week ago and not coming to me at the moment. I hope to remember it at 2am while I am sleeping.
I had flashes of the boys faces and the Websleuths page coming in my dreams.

Pommy,
I thought count 5 was Orrin but I had a ? mark in my notes and did not see it in the tweets.
Count 2 involuntary manslaughter, unlawful killing but did not intend to kill.
Counts 3 and 6 child abuse.
Count 3 Orrin Count 6 Orson
Counts 1, 4 and 5 murder regarding Orrin?
Count 4 conspiracy to commit murder
Count 7 false reporting of a crime.
They are charged with 2nd degree manslaughter

I am not sure these are correct but that is what I wrote.

Thank you I had not seen this. I did get the boys switched. First time seeing it written out. I could not find it in any recent articles during trial.
