It was over a week ago they got them and it was an hour of instructions. They did get a transcript. I am not sure why the jury instructions were not done after closings.Clearly the jury isn't finding clarity in the jury instructions.

There are 7 counts for 2 defendants. I would assume that takes awhile to go over each and from the the questions asked today they may be leaning one way but are not decided on one or two counts.I did read them. Perhaps I misinterpreted the previous post? In any case, I wondered if the jury had come to a decision, but wanted to go home and sleep on it, rather than rushing to finish up today.

I thought count 5 was Orrin but I had a ? mark in my notes and did not see it in the tweets.
