The body of Colleen Waterman, 46, was found in the Ramada Limited hotel on Lombard Street on Thursday night, San Francisco police confirmed to KESQ-TV Channel 42 today.

Waterman's throat was slashed, the San Francisco Chronicle reported, citing information from San Francisco police.

Waterman's husband, Billy Waterman, 51, is considered to be a person of interest, according to KESQ.

He was still missing as of Dec 2012. LE believes he killed himself after he murdered Colleen.
