Dai Luong, who also goes by “Phuc” or “John,” was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Shellback Place. He has a medical condition and is described as an Asian man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
