I'm getting 'page not found' from that link now. I also tried searching his name on namus and nothing comes up.

Apologies. I could have sworn l saw Mr. James's case.

He’s been missing more than a month!

Lots of homeless in that area, and most are mentally ill like Douglas. Schizophrenic, Alzheimer’s, dementia, BPD, you name it. Maybe he was able to integrate into that culture? IMO

Yes, there are many homeless in and around Torrance.

I live close to that area, and I've been keeping my eyes open for Mr. James.

I grew up in the Torrance area.

kinda confused about the South Central LA, Carl’s Jr. reference, then the dog was found in Wilmington, then a reference to Carson.

I wonder what CHP office Donald was brought to that he later got a ride home from? And where exactly was the Carl’s Jr. Douglas was left at?

Also, Donald had a responsibility towards Douglas considering Douglas was challenged. He put his twin in a horrible position. Even if he old CHP that Douglas was remedial, if Douglas was having a good day with his illness and wasn’t coming off with problems, CHP might have thought Donald’s statements were those of a drunk.

Its just that it’s been too long now and Mr. James needs to be found. I’ll be looking for him, too when I’m out and about.

I looked for updates and there is nothing on Douglas James since Nov. 22, 2019. Just that the family was making posters and was looking for him.

At least he is safe, which is a better outcome than I was expecting. But many questions remain unanswered.
,

Yes. Glad he is found.

It seems like some pieces are missing from this story. I can’t believe police would drop off a man with dementia and a dog without a way to get home.
