Still Missing CA - Duke Flores, 6, front yard of his home, Apple Valley, 25 Apr 2019 *Mother and Aunt ARRESTED*

I couldn’t find anything about wrist band colors at WestValley Detention. This is from Los Angeles but may apply at WV as well:

“Yellow wristbands are for inmates with medical problems or communicable diseases.”

I Visited Someone in Jail - What Do the Shirt Colors Mean? :: Redondo Beach, California Criminal Lawyers Greg Hill & Associates
The yellow wrist bands at WVDC indicate a person is diabetic. No, I DO NOT know this from personal experience. Lol

From link. The “she” is Grandma.

She and her friends have also made threats of “accidents” to anyone who talks negatively about her family on social media. On a recent Facebook post, Gutierrez said that one particular commenter would, “feel my wrath” and added that “this is not a threat this is a promise”.
My, my, my isn't she special.

I wish that's what she said!!

I have court tomorrow for sure, so please ...
I had the “I” “tomorrow” & “so please”.

Watching it again, I think you’re correct.

I've watched it many times, from what I can tell is " I think I have court tomorrow for you so please". IMO

UGH this woman cares more about her 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and tattoos than her kids. I hope she gets life without parole.

And not enough about her eyebrows (sorry, can't help myself, they're horrendous).

There's a picture on the "mother's" FB where she's kissing Duke on the cheek and he's giving the camera the bird. For pete's sake, he's six years old!!! That poor kid. I can only imagine the kind of environment he had to endure. Between the grandmother and the "mother", I don't think poor Duke ever stood a chance.

I continuously wonder how when people are arrested, such as these two. They sit in jail and not tell the truth. What do they think about when they are alone in the dark, aren't they tormented?

A six year old did not get in his car and drive away. Nor did he run away, hop on a bus, buy a plane ticket, or move to another state. Good gosh, two weeks went by and only because the bleep-bleep-bleep grandmother finally decided enough was enough, was LE called.

It's pretty darn ballsy to maintain silence and plead not guilty. Even AJ Freund's drug addled parents finally told LE where he was buried and how he died. These two need to tell the truth and cut a plea deal!!!

IMO...The two sisters are in CYA mode and will not offer much up until their backs are against the wall. I believe they (the twin sisters) believe they outsmarted the system to date. My gut tells me this family is rather "street smart" and the twin girls are playing a cat and mouse game with investigators. If one keeps in mind that this little boy has been missing for far longer than originally reported then the twins have had ample time to devise/contrive a plan/story to throw investigators off track. I have no idea where the suggestion that Duke was put in a dumpster came from but it could very well be a bold face lie intended to distract the investigation and lead investigators to searching the landfill and buy time for the twins. At the end of the day I think what is most important is that Duke is located and an autopsy reveals that he was a homicide victim. Investigators are not releasing much information, but maybe that is because they are playing the same "cat and mouse game" and perhaps their tactics are not working and perhaps the investigators are bluffing. I am not so sure that Duke is really in the landfill. The landfill search is rather predictable. I am really not sure and I am just purely speculating about the dynamics regarding Duke's missing/dead status.

For what it is worth, DF's aunt seemed more distraught than his mother. On the other hand, was it for herself or for DF?

The dumpster theory came from a tip. That's all we know, but LE is very committed to this action. It must be a very sound tip.

I think the aunt got dragged into it with concealment....IMO. Also they didn't think they would get arrested without a body. We will see in the endgame.

I wonder if he died from a pillow over his face. Victim blaming, combined with the possibility of a tiny shred of truth amid the lies makes me wonder if he was smothered. Poor little boy.

I think it was an excuse to victim blame Duke.

If they find his little body, I think the ME will find he was beaten to death, and has severe head trauma.

The ME will most likely find prior trauma to his little body that had healed on its own. IMO.

Also, the area of the land fill is very specific. So the tip must have been specific as to the location of the dumpster.

Personally I think at least one of the twins has already confessed to Duke being placed in the dumpster which then led authorities to the landfill. It was requested Saturday that a bulldozer be brought to the landfill which happens to be the same day the twins were arrested and charged.

Let's hope....a much easier judgement when they confess. Hoping they find him today. It makes my heart hurt to think of his small body laying in garbage.

I wonder then, if Jennifer confessed to helping dispose of his body, not expecting to have murder charges brought against her. Something made LE charge both of them with murder immediately without a body and also two weeks after the occurrence. The sister had two weeks to clean up the home if that is where the murder took place. Seems like someone is talking.

Possibly....sounds like a tough stand though to charge the one who is talking with murder....especially if she gave up momma donor.
