He is also known to visit libraries in Encinitas, Carlsbad, and San Marcos as well.

Cruz was last seen wearing a green shirt, black pants, and a green fishing-style hat.
He's described as a Hispanic man, 5-foot-9-inches tall, 200 pounds, and with brown eyes and gray hair.
