Issue I have with the suicide theory is that dead people can't hide their bodies. Extensive searches were done where her car was found. If she had gotten out of her car and went straight into the water, then I think the dogs would have picked up her scent from her car to the ocean. The dogs did not pick up her scent AT ALL, no where in the area....
Yeah
I agree. Enough time has passed that I think she would've been located if it was suicide.

When the uber driver picks them up, you can see the twinkling lights on the house in the background in the video. They almost appear to be xmas lights. In February? But I digress. When Elaine is seen leaving in the a.m., those lights are now off, and you can see the outline of the hills in the background because all the homes in the area now have their lights off.

Therefore, the video with no lights in the background is certainly taken at a different time.

Were the homeowners of those homes in the background questioned about their night lighting routine? Maybe they go to bed at the same time every night, and turn off their lights at that point.

Also, I determined where Elaine's car (red circle) was parked by using this video.

My thoughts are:

She did not commit suicide. Like msphilospher said, her scent would have been traced. I think her car was dumped at the location where it was found by someone other than Elaine.

I feel like what my thoughts are I cant say here due to the rules of WS. With that said, I think it is extremely important that somehow they get permission to search this area. The trails are everywhere and they all connect immediately back to the house she left from.

Wasn't it mentioned that Elaine returned to the house that morning, before driving away? Maybe the people who are reporting her activities aren't especially time conscious, and what feels like 10 minutes to them is really 2 hours, or whatever. I know I lose track of time when I am entrenched in my work. I sit down at 10 am and and all of a sudden it's 5:15pm, yet felt like 1 hour passed. That actually happens to me a lot. I imagine when someone is gaming that would also occur. I don't think the video of her leaving the residence is as important as her getting to the exit gate and not having her headlights on. That's super weird, imo..

Also, 4-5 days passed before her car was found. No way it was there all that time. I think we are focusing on the wrong video. I think the businesses and cctv camers from the area her car was found would be much more valuable. Where are those?

I completely agree with you! We should be focusing on other video and CCTV cameras

And wasn't there a retweet about"if a girl leaves stuff at my house I'll throw it away" or something of that nature??????
Was personal possessions left at his home and discarded and that's what caused him to tweet that?

I'd like to disregard that tweet. It wasn't HIS tweet, it was a RETWEET. If you look at his twitter page you can see he is a chronic "retweeter" hardly any tweets are his own written by him, they are by someone else. It's hard to explain but it's not necessary retweeting that in the sense that he does whatever the tweet is talking about, it's more like agreeing with that sentiment and that attitude. I see this all time on SM accounts where it is considered "cool" to agree with some type of sentiment regardless of whether you actually do that. I used to date a guy who's twitter feed looks exactly like Div's.... it's just the pop culture he subscribes to and not relevant to the case. ALL JMO

Yes, those are cars. But how many stay overnight, or every night, or for 4-5 nights?

In addition to there being no blinking lights in the video that Elaine's mom was watching there are also these lights that are different. I have watched both of these videos over and over to try to find differences in the way that Elaine is walking, her hair swaying, ANYTHING to make me feel like the videos are from two different times. And i came up with the conclusion that these are two DIFFERENT videos.

Here are my reasonings:
1.) In the video on FB, as soon as Elaine comes into view, she has both her hands maybe in a hoodie pocket and then her right arm swings out. In the news video her right arm never swings. This was really hard to see because it appears that the footage featuresd on the news site is being sped up.

2.) The FB page video shows a blink of light prior to Elaine's car blinking in the distance. The news video does not have this blink of light.

3.) There a light in the distance (maybe from a neighboring house?) in the footage from the news but that light is not in the footage shown on FB video.

4.) (this is how crazy I've gotten...)...The bugs that are flying around the camera do NOT match up. They are seen in both videos which I expect with the light but each video shows them flying in different directions and appearing in different parts of the video

So, to me, this is showing that she left on two different occasions on the same night, wearing the same outfit. On the news footage they say that Susan Park was viewing "the last footage of Elaine" which is exactly what the FB page says. So, which is it? Which one is the REAL last footage...and what does that mean? Does it really even change anything? I think the family should see if there is another footage of Elaine's car leaving the gate earlier to see if the headlights were on. If they were on in on footage and not the other, then I think that is strange. But maybe one of these footages are just her leaving to get something from her car? If so, then the footage of her RETURNING to the house should be supplied to Elaine's mom.

The light on the horizon is totally different. The video posted on FB definitely seems to be from just before sunrise whereas the other one shows no sign of sunlight. IMO.

Hypothetically-
If I had a lot of money and a girl went missing after leaving my home or from my home, I would assist her family with any resources needed like paying for a good real PI . I would want to do this for a few reasons, I would be feeling terrible that a friend of my sons has went missing and would feel terrible that the family had to set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise money to help find her. I would also want to clear my sons name ( even if he wasn't named by police, I'd still want to clear his name in the streets. I wouldn't want any whispering about him being involved in any way)
And since it appears that I have more money then the family, I would have no problem helping them in any way possible.

I'd also would say, please....Search my home and all my property. What ever it take to clear my name.

I've always stated they need to search Calabasas. This particular property is 16 acres.

Yes exactly. I'd be reaching out to the mom and paying for real PIs to come in. I'd be doing anything and everything to get this girl found to clear my families name in the streets. (Hypothetically speaking) I wouldn't sit back and let the family have to rely on donations and People playing PI to help, I'd do anything in my power to assist.

I've looked at the videos so many times that I think the images are burned permanently into my brain.

I can't say what I believe might have happened here, but I don't think she left voluntarily, I don't think she committed suicide, I don't think it was a random abduction. I also, sadly, don't believe she's alive.

The video "proof" that she left is not proof at all.

I am "very, very" concerned that perhaps her disappearance was not investigated as we would have hoped.

They are up against big money, as it were. There is usually not real justice in such circumstances.

Or are there between 4 AM - 8 AM... accordingly the possible timelines...

Hypothetically speaking I would too!

However, when your a high profile public figure your lawyer would recommend against it. Even if you are completely innocent, once it is public information that your property is being searched in related to the disappearance of a young, beautiful girl.... your reputation starts to become tainted. People think "well, if they're searching the property there must be some evidence."

This family is in damage control and unfortunately looking out for their own reputations. Business deals fall through on the smallest of trivialities. This is not trivial.

Even supplying this footage to the mother that she left their house was an act to DEFEND themselves and their reputation. Not to help / aid in the investigation.

I have to say, I'm not feeling the vibe that the BF is involved anyway. i think wherever Elaine went after leaving his house is where the answers are. And that information can be found on the gps history of her cell phone. Mom has the cell phone, so it seems pretty easy to solve this mystery. I don't understand the delay.

I will be with you right after they search Calabasas & properties. It's insane to me that the last area she was physically seen alive has not been search.

I can't shake that.
