I show my love by the works I do and standing behind my friends. I can only handle one thing at a time but even rocket science is many "one things". When I come home from battling the forces of life I need a kind, loving and understanding woman because battles are never perfect but they're fought for her and because of her!! Why? Because (as is par for the course in most DV / IPV dynamics) Little E became the center of the universe. SHE replaced HIM. When this happens, mom can no longer place him above all else. There is NO greater love than maternal instinct (at least that's how it works for normal humans - Owen's case upset my world off its axis :tears: ). This shift greatly upsets the power dynamic, and things often go south quickly.

Women and children are at the greatest risk during pregnancy and post-partum. If she's breast feeding, even more so. The statistics bear this out. I don't have links handy, but they're there. :moo:

Do we know that he was born and spent his life there or is he a more recent transplant? Possible there is more in other counties/states?

The embedded video was updated a few minutes ago. It shows a segment from this morning's news broadcast. The reporter was at the scene - and the truck appears to be at the Park and Ride:

This was at 8:50am local time before Homicide Detectives had arrived on scene.

ETA: that's an older model Nissan pickup - with out of state plates (?Oregon?).

Yes indeed, those are Oregon plates.

When I first saw that my first thought was "who does he know from Oregon that would be parking there?" No question, one of the first things LE did was run those plates & already know who's truck that is.
Next thought was, if they don't have a car, how did he get over to the park & ride to put that precious baby inside the truck (walk, got a ride?) and how did he have access to that truck?
Next thought was, why did he go with his wife to the PD to report the baby missing when he knew for a fact she wasn't missing? Seems to me he'd be trying hard to lay low.

So many questions

If he was on foot, and had a very small body to conceal and a short time to do so . . How far was the truck from the apartment? Could he have hidden the baby's body beneath or inside of something inside the cab of the truck belonging to some random stranger thinking the body would soon be on the road to far away in Oregon?
