I'm not ruling anything out but I wonder if maybe someone that knew of the situation (drugs, trailer, the baby with special needs) took her or had someone take her? Pure speculation on my part...

My thoughts immediately were that the trip to the store was more than just a trip to the store such as a drug drop off or pick up so of course he is not going to want to draw others he will need for his habit in the future into his web of lies so when cornered he lawyer'd up. Having dealt with my share of family members with addictions they almost always have other motives for almost everything they do and everything they say. Its possible the deal went sour and something happened to baby Ember.

IMO the mother has to be into the same lifestyle because any mother with any ounce of sense would never leave her child with any type of addict especial a child that has special needs. My grand kids at 7 months could grab anything they could get their hands on if it wasn't nailed or glued down that alone would be reason to not let her around someone not in their right state of mind. :scared:

What new information? Where did he steal the gun and money from? A store?

Guess it is obvious who the perp is. I hate these cases because most of them end up the same way - different name and place but pretty interchangeable otherwise. Such a waste when there are childless people out there who would do anything legal for a child. I know.

His mother carefully used the word "fragile" to describe him yesterday. Sounds to me that he is on the lam....and had some help.
