They will have to adjudicate those charges if proven, no way to get around that. But would a judge let the defense use it in Emmanuel’s case?

At 5:43 in case anyone wondered. Although a Sawzall being used in connection with this case is sort of like using a sledge hammer to hang a picture hook. That baby was so tiny, there'd be no need for such a powerful tool.

As to whether HR is a victim as well, I've wondered the same as all of you. However, since being arrested she's had opportunity to tell LE where this precious baby is, and she hasn't done that (since they've stated they're still searching for him). So for me, that sort of blows her potential victimhood right out of the water.

True I agree. But there was mention of LE removing flooring. So maybe they thought the Haro’s purchased a sawzall to hide Emmanuel’s body in the home.

They must have seen the purchase and made a connection, JMO.

Let’s hope one of them rolls on the other. Or vehicle and cell data proves helpful. A little surprised we haven’t seen mention of the FBI yet.

Maybe that means they have intel and are eliminating areas as we speak.

Agree, and his eyes look fine there.

The difference is like night and day. In the first picture, he looks completely normal. In the second, he has no life in his eyes. His mouth looks like it is fixed in a grimace. His eyes look sunken (was he dehydrated?).

According to the video link, they didn't actually purchase the saw, since the hardware store didn't have one in stock. It's certainly possible they went elsewhere or found another saw for whatever they needed one for. I did find it curious they'd go to a Beaumont store though, and not one in Banning which is much closer to their place in Cabazon.

As far as finding his body, it bothers me that I distinctly saw the interstate by their house. JMO
