Yah could it be possible that the scum bag has taken LE to the area he dumped Emmanuel but as it's been some time, he's no longer there due to animal activity?
If that was the case though, surely they would spend longer at that scene and forensics would be working it still currently? There would be traces I would imagine and the dogs would go nuts.

Conversely, I’ve been worried about bones since we first saw that their home was surrounded by desert.

What a punch to the gut when I signed in just now and thought he’d been found.

This baby—-there was so little of him when still alive, just seven months old. Who knows what’s become of him? He could be scattered anywhere.

And that is even IF, big IF, the father genuinely led LE to wherever they dumped their baby like garbage.

How gruesome if in fact they threw him away awhile ago and he’s been out during the summer in the desert.

It’s unbearable. We need this baby to be found and given the respect in death that he didn’t have in life.

Tbh we don't even know when he was killed I personally believe that he was killed way before the "abduction" report was made and they rused that hinkydink up because some net was closing in... Potentially family members asking about Emmanuel or possibly with JH's court stuff coming up they feared that child services would come around on routine checks for court...

We don't know how long this baby has been out there

I think that RH is being abused by JH. Hence the black eye. He is probably pressuring her to tell this story to cover up for him, and she's doing it out of fear.
I can't overlook his past infant abuse. Also, (I am not a doctor) But, Emmanuel looks to me like he has been abused as an infant also. My first thought when seeing Emmanuel is he looks like a special needs baby. This could have been from abuse.
This of course is just my opinion.

If I had to guess what will happen, I would put my money on Jake telling the authorities that Rebecca killed Emmanuel but it was an accident (something like she rolled on him in her sleep) and he helped dispose of the body because he was afraid they would get in trouble because of his past. He will make up some BS that largely puts the blame on her.
