I just watched a video from someone live with the news outside court and he mentioned a document that will be released from the Lomo Linda, which I understand to be a medical centre/hospital.
Anyone any idea what information that may contain?

My friend lives locally and says this document is likely detailing the visits made to the Lomo Linda medical centre/hospital (I guess in relation to baby E and the 2 year old girl,!?)

I thought there was no birth certificate for baby E!? So he may not have been born there (and later his birth registered) so maybe they "had reason" to go to this medical centre!?

At the very very least, she made a false statement to police. That’s a crime. Emmanuel was not kidnapped as she claimed.

I would guess that beyond giving a false statement, she also obstructed justice?

JMO but really the facts that LE has revealed along with Jake’s confession.

Yeah. Minimum of 15 years to life, first parole date is in 7 years. It depends what the judge gives him, all charges concurrent or consecutive.

Refresh my memory, but didn't he break his parole? Would that be considered when it comes to sentencing for Emmanuel's murder?

Interesting that you noted his picture. Something I have noticed on WS with little ones who are killed by their parents or caregivers, is a lack of pictures. Maybe one or two, often not very good pictures.

Good grief. I have more pictures of my cat in a day, than we see of these abused children. Contrast with the numerous and literal plethora of pictures for Jacob and Mark Iskander, two young boys killed by Rebecca Grossman, in a DUI. So many pictures of these boys, obviously cherished.

I just find it interesting. Does that mean that abusive parents didn't acknowledge their children, or want pictures of them? Or would pictures have shown abuse?

Definitely notable, and assuming a little of each of those awful reasons. This case made me think of something early on, and I considered posting it, but didn’t….

When an awful couple like this has a baby-like right there in the hospital as that sweet bundled up baby is handed over-do they love it right then? Are they like other gushy parents? Are there a bunch of pictures taken then? Or did they already feel indifference or worse?

It seems today baby E was referred to as "John Doe", not even given his own name
And he didn't say where he is now! I hope is allocuted to say this before sentencing!

I admit, I am surprised at this plea. Expected both parents to point the finger at one another. If she actually does take this thing to trial I do hope he is required to testify. I do believe she was abused by her husband. I just don't think it is any excuse for allowing him to abuse to death the baby boy she allegedly always wanted.

I’m not surprised at all. He circumvented the DA and pled directly to the Judge. They had already stated there would be no plea deals for Jake.

Personally, I’m a fan of LWOP for Jake. He’ll reap his rewards in prison, no doubt in my mind.

As for Rebecca, no sympathy from me. She knew Jake’s history when she married and decided to have a child with him. I do not believe Emmanuel’s abuse was a one time event. Even if she didn’t take part in his abuse, she stayed until he was murdered. I’m very tired of mothers allowing this to happen to their children. I hope she gets the same sentence.

But the jail site says Rebecca's next hearing is 10/28 where I will leave her & then her next one could be 11/3. I only have access to jail site & not the Riverside County court site unfortunately.

Also - I was looking to see "what" kind of plea agreement Jake has - have not found anything....

Haro faces a potential sentence of 25 years to life in prison.

That same date, Nov. 3, his wife, Rebecca Renee Haro, DOB: 2-3-84, is scheduled to have her preliminary hearing in Dept. 61 on charges of murder and filing a false police report.

The false report charges stem from the defendants’ falsified report of Emmanuel’s abduction on Aug. 14 in Yucaipa when Rebecca Haro claimed she was attacked in a parking lot while changing the baby’s diaper and Emmanuel was then kidnapped.

Authorities in San Bernardino County investigating that report found it to be false and the couple was later arrested and charged by the Riverside County DA’s Office with Emmanuel’s murder. As of this news release, the boy’s remains have not been recovered.

Because there are still active criminal proceedings involving Rebecca Haro, the District Attorney’s Office will be making no additional comments regarding the case or the guilty pleas of Jake Haro.

I would assume his confession to filing a false kidnapping report could be used in her trial?

I suppose she will blame him soley for the murder?
