You do not become autistic. You are born this way. I am pretty sure Emmanuel had developmental delays and brain damage but if he was on the spectrum it was not from neglect and abuse he was a victim of.

I know the aunt mentioned that he was somewhat delayed and had a lazy eye. Otherwise doing well per the doctor. I haven't been around a little one that age in so long I wanted to check out what the milestones would be. These are for 7-9 months old. With the limited pictures/videos I have seen it's hard to tell but here they are.

Case info: On August 14, 2025, at about 7:47p.m., deputies from the Yucaipa Station responded to the 34000 block of Yucaipa Boulevard regarding a reported missing seven-month-old boy. This is an active investigation & we are seeking the public’s help in locating the child. He was last seen wearing a black Nike onesie, he weighs about 21 pounds, is approximately 24 inches tall, has brown hair, brown eyes & is cross-eyed. 8/24/25 Update: The search for missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro resumed Sunday afternoon in Moreno Valley near State Route 60. According to San Bernardino County Sheriff's, the search unfolded near the westbound shoulder of the 60 freeway near Gilman Springs Road. Jake Haro, Emmanuel's father who was booked on murder charges Friday, was also at the search assisting detectives. Cadaver dogs were on scene to assist investigators. However, officials tell News Channel 3 the missing baby was not located during the search. 8/25/25 Update: News video showed Jake Haro, wearing an orange prison jumpsuit, San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies & cadaver dogs at the location, in an area marked by dry brush off the 60 Freeway, near Gilman Springs Road. The agency later confirmed that Haro was there with detectives.

This is only my opinion. But yesterday looking at his few photos, I wondered if they all belonged to Emmanuel. In one, I saw features of his 2-year-old sister. Who knows?

If LE think that JH killed Emmanuel, it's smart to take him out to search, for the optics. Now they can tell RH he's cooperating and he's going to pin it on her if she doesn't tell the truth, and show her pictures of him "helping" with the search.

Maybe she wasn't in the household?

I don't work for children services, but I work for a government agency that falls under the same umbrella of children services in my state, and I have seen them remove one child from a home but not others for myriad reasons. A 16-year-old may be considered to be in less danger than a 2-year-old. But in this case I would have assumed that if there were any other children in the household they would have been removed, so my first thought is that she wasn't actually living there.

In my state everybody's time for an arraignment is the same, and then they go through them one at a time. So if court starts at 8:00 in the morning, everybody's scheduled time is 8, and then they get to you when they get to you. So it sounds like it's similar to what it is in Canada.

16 year old probably went to live full time with other parent or grandparents. I see a 16 year old (ideally) as more of a custody issue. There is no other parent to take the 2 year old. JMO

whaaaa? So RH has a 16 year old who is Jake's stepchild? Or is the 16 year old a stepchild from a previous relationship of Jake's? I am confuzzled , first I've heard of this child. Did they live in the home shared by the couple? If there is a teen in that household they should be very afraid that the bus is headed towards them. Jake's MO is to blame others for injuries he's inflicted on infants. JS

I do remember hearing in one of the news reports she was the mother of five. I'm thinking they were only referring to bio children. So 2 adult children, 16 year old and the 2 little ones?
