So where are the pictures of him crawling ,kicking and playing with his toys.
My thoughts exactly.

Nothing we have seen thus far in any of his pictures looks like a happy, playful baby reaching his age-appropriate milestones. Except for the youngest picture in the tan onesie, all the others show him just lying there with nothing approaching anything of a giggling joyful baby with toys.

He is half-sitting up in the pic where his “father” appears to have him on his lap, which typically would be a fatherly affectionate time, but Emmanuel looks out of it. And he should be sitting up unassisted by that age, although even healthy babies may be slow sometimes in that regard.

Or, of course, he may only be 5 months perhaps in the half-sitting picture, since we are all presently unsure of how long this little darling actually lived. Six months old is typically when a baby should be able to fully sit up unassisted.

JMO and experience.

Thank you. I was getting stressed by all the reports that they "may not be charged".
"Riverside County sheriff's deputies say they responded to a call of child abuse at a home in the 23000 block of Cottonwood Avenue in Moreno Valley on Thursday afternoon. They confirmed the investigation is related to the Haros."

Wasn't the 2 year old already with CPS by that point? Would this be about the 16 year old then? MOO.

Maybe. Unless the family who has the 2-year-old has some reason to call the police.

I have never had a child in care so I'm not sure what the process is if they discovered something and injury or something like that on the child would they call CPS directly or would they call the authorities?

ETA: maybe the fact the the parents had been arrested would inform who they would call?

Second edit: Moreno Valley HS is located at 23300 Cottonwood

I wonder when the physical abuse started in Baby Emmanuel's short life. I don't think we'll ever know.
Sad, sad case

If a child is in care you usually still have to file a report as if they were not in care

Maybe this is the 16 year old filing

Because everything he says is a lie, now I’m thinking the baby never even made it to seven months old. It’s like he rehearsed that in his head so he kept saying “seven months.”

Yes, I agree it's entirely possible little Emmanuel was murdered weeks before the "kidnapping" farce - and the dad couldn't think of anything honest to say about his son, so spoke about Emmanuel's age and milestones like a con artist who just keeps talking.

As if this father was keeping track of baby milestones. Gimme a f'ing break.

Yeah, I think that's consistent with the HS being in the area. Maybe a school official called.

I am hopeful that the teenager was able to give information to the police about her mother and stepfather.

Jake said to make sure he’s fed and to change his diaper.

Maybe that when baby emmanual cried and he couldn’t take it.

Jmo

Had a guy tell me years ago that he was in the car with his young son while wife was in the grocery store and he couldn’t get him to stop crying so he shook him to try to get him to stop crying.
The boy ended up with a stutter and he blamed himself for it.

As he should have.

I truly hope that these two are prosecuted to the fullest extent for what they did to him.

The deserve only the best of what the criminal justice system has to offer those who murder helpless babies in their care.

Willingly and unlawfully murders From August 5 - the 14th.

So they hurt him and let him died right then or that poor little boy suffered over a period of days I guess.

It certainly could mean that, but it could also mean that they have some evidence/testimony pointing to August 5th. But if it's unprovable at this time, it means his death likely occured between that day, and the day she reported the fake kidnapping.
