CA CA - Emmanuel Haro, 7-months, reported kidnapped 7:30pm from Big 5 parking lot, Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, 14 Aug 2025 *Arrest* #3

At 9 min 19 seconds, a reporter asks District Attorney Hestrin if he knows the whereabouts of baby Emmanuel. He says that they have a strong indication of where his remains are.

The source is KCAL news.

Are we allowed to use KTLA as a source? They posted this a little while ago, which I thought was contrary to what the DA said at the press conference:

Media is going to do what media is going to do and apparently Newsnation believes they have a credible source. For now we have what the officials at the press conference stated. I tend at this moment to not believe the "informant."

When DA Hestrin states they have a strong indication where Emmanuals remains are makes me think maybe they have already recovered them.JMO

RSBM

I wouldn't be surprised to learn the same guy losing sleep is part of the YT/TT crowd he was talking about. All they do is report bogus rumors to drive up their views. It's pretty disgusting really, how they exploit crime victims for building a platform.
Have to say I was surprised a so-called "influencer" was allowed into the press conference and I agree he might do well with a good long nap....away from this case.

Hestrin said the judge essentially chose to give Jake Haro probation, which he described as an “outrageous” error in judgment. “I don’t have a problem saying that,” Hestrin said. “If that judge had done his job, which he should have done, Emmanuel would be alive today.”

Anger about the ludicrously low sentence given to JH for previous infant abuse is both just and justified. Given the timelines here, had that judge done his job, this toxic duo might never have had the chance to conceive new victims to abuse to death in the first place.

I have to struggle to remind myself that the judge did not kill anyone, because I’m so angry and frustrated about how JH was released.

Here we have JH, who deemed it a worthwhile endeavor to destroy his 10-week old daughter and leave her with merely 3% of a functional brain for the rest of her life.

Then here we have a judge who treated this horrific crime like it was some April Fool’s prank, and let JH go forth into the world, where he promptly made another baby that he could destroy. Not even left with the 3% his daughter suffers through every day.

So the judge, I tell myself, is not a killer—-that crime is on JH and perhaps some part on the other wife, and it looks like RH played some part in Emmanuel’s death, too, going by their Murder 1 charges.

But that judge certainly facilitated a path for JH to go out and do what he apparently does best—-abuse his kids to the point of no return.

If the judge had done his job Emmanuel Haro would be alive today? Emmanuel wouldn't be here at all if Jake was in prison.

And they have photographic evidence of a "timeline" of abuse of that little boy from what we've little we've seen.

replying to myself to clarify (or muddy the water). From the press conference, we can glean that Jake has most definitely not confessed to LE. Which is what counts.

Emmanuel will be found in the trash. I’m sure he was just thrown away. Moo

Was it a judge-only trial, or a judge and jury?

Knowing where he is and recovering him are two vastly different things, especially if they have evidence he's in a landfill, like many of us sadly suspect.

May LE never give up searching.

This case and these two people and the court system make me so sad and angry. This man should never been allowed around anyone let alone a helpless baby. He should have been under the freaking jail long ago. jmo

Wait, did the Sheriff just say that the abuse call on the Thursday before the arrest came from JAKE?
He sure did and IMO this was the start of his plan to blame RH

I'm thinking JH might have told someone he put the baby in the trash can, but if he did, it was a LIE, not a confession. Hence, the DA would say he didn't confess.

Just like JH went with LE to search for the body but it was described as "not assisting" in the search because it turned out JH lied about putting the body there.

JH doesn't confess. He lies.

Re: the judge not killing anyone.

If anyone engaged in such negligence that resulted in someone’s death, we’d be charged with involuntary homicide or something similar.

I’ve said it many times but until the people who ignore abuse, don’t properly punish abuse or any version in between are charged with this level of a crime, the system won’t change.

My take is what was stated at the press conference. Less me noting the DA reminds me of Matt Frewer. And he pretty much stated he has not much use for social media.

They also did state media reports (not social media) of Jake confessing were not true. I did not hear him name names in either case, but those reporting that surely know who they are.

I will wait for Jake to confess to LE.

So they only have 2 charges? I’m assuming more are coming.

Where are they going to find jury members who are able to be unbiased?
The defense will have ask for a change of venue IMO. Sounds like locals are peeved to say the least. I hope they do try it elsewhere so the defendants can’t come back and say they didn’t get a fair trial bc the local jury pool was biased and get their conviction overturned on some technicality 🙄

That or they will slap a gag order on the case to prevent jury pool contamination.
