CA CA - Emmanuel Haro, 7-months, reported kidnapped 7:30pm from Big 5 parking lot, Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, 14 Aug 2025 *Arrest* #3

People who keep writing about JH shaking Emmanuel, please read that horrifying list. Let's call the things by their proper name: this man had a habit of beating infants into the pulp. Broken bones and cracked skull are not a result of shaking. This poor girl was beaten multiple times, nearly to death. There is no reason or evidence to believe it was any different with Emmanuel. This man, JH, beats infants.
He doesn’t just beat them he tries his best to kill them and this time he succeeded 😢

JH scares me. That he can harm 2 infants and just open his mouth and lie like a 4 year old (lie on top of lie that make no sense) at his age is just psycho. JMO. I think he's potentially more dangerous than we already realize.
I'm wondering what sort of home life he grew up in - am convinced abuse took place then as well

“I’m absolutely precluded from commenting publicly about the case,” said Judge Moore, who acknowledged that the controversy caught him by surprise. “In 18 years, this is the first time I’ve been taken to task in this manner about a decision I’ve made.”

If he is precluded from commenting about the case, can someone else (lawyer) explain or speculate about possibly why he gave the sentence he did without violating any legal ethics? I've not read anything like this and I think just about anyone who knows about this case is really questioning why.

Her hair has been done since then. Balayage is a hair style
And not an inexpensive process. 100-400 depending on how much you have done apparently. 350 being the average price in LA.

WOW I always thought CP was something that happened at birth. Apparently not.
Cerebral Palsy: A Variety of Causes, Effects and Treatments
From the article

Causes after birth

Babies can develop CP after birth due to other events. These are often injury-related, but there are other possible causes, too, including:

  • Accidental injuries.
  • Physical abuse.
  • Asphyxiation.
  • Infection, strokes or bleeding in and around their brain.
  • Jaundice and kernicterus.

How could any one beat a 10 week old baby . This is a person who can never be released let alone be given second chances . Im not a physcologist but jake is beyond physcological help . His brain is wired differently he is devoid of emotion ,the most severe of narcisstic traits and a sociopath with psychotic capability without remorse . And most likely a pathalogical liar and the epitome of evil Is it genetic or learnt behaviour ?

He attacks the most vunerable of infants so on top of these deadly traits he is most likely insecure , jealous and mean . If he is not sentenced to life imprisionment without parole . I will have no faith in the justice system .

Nothing short of a lobotomy would change this mans ways

This hits my heart. When I was a kid, my mom volunteered with people who had CP. I tagged along and would read, play, interact with the kids. One, I'm super sad thinking some of the people we worked with might have been abused - I don't know if that was the case, but how awful to look back at the memories with that thought. Two, I now wonder if my memories were silently part of the reason I felt instantly tender on little Emmanuel and the look in his eyes. (Of course, we're all tender on the little guy.)

I don't know if Emmanuel actually had CP, but it is heartbreaking to think his issues were likely preventable. imo

Me too i thought it was genetic or a complication of a difficult birth

I did that too, volunteered at a United Cerebral Palsy Center when I was 16. My high school boyfriend and I wanted to do something helpful, and that’s what we chose. Memory fails but I think it was maybe on E. 23rd in Manhattan, somewhere around there.

IMO as certainly just a layperson, I think Emmanuel was really too young for a CP diagnosis. I could very well be mistaken, but the kids for whom I volunteered had the typical physical issues. We pushed their wheelchairs on outings, we assisted them in the bathroom, those kind of things. Their hands, feet, balance, and verbalization were affected to different degrees, so from the outside looking in, I think we can’t really be sure what afflictions his parents created before they killed him.

Of course if he had CP and could in fact have been diagnosed at his age, well that’s a moot point since he wasn’t taken to a doctor.

I too thought CP was present from birth, but I’m unsure of how early a diagnosis could be determined.

JMO and experience.

Judges can basically do whatever they want, within parameters of the law, and sometimes their decisions are appealled. In California, it seems to me that the judicial system is exploded and overwhelmed with cases. And the prisons even more so. Judges pump out decisions, based on their perspective of the cases.

It seems like in this case, the judge was split on who did the abuse (?), and there was no prior history of violence for JH, so he went lenient.

After all, if JH hadn't had more kids, or abused any, the decision would not have been reviewed. In hindsight, it seems imprudent. At the time, the judge was doing what he thought was correct.

The "excuse" that California prisons are over burdened is not a justification for letting criminals go free, but it certainly appears that way.

It is strange how little you can find about those two. I haven't really been able to find much. It almost seems like they mostly stayed out of trouble growing up.

Early Detection of Cerebral Palsy | AACPDM - American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine
From the article
Cerebral palsy has traditionally been diagnosed between 12-24 months of age because there is no laboratory biomarker for cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a clinical diagnosis, diagnosed based on a combination of clinical signs, neurological symptoms and physical limitations. Late diagnosis means some infants do not receive early intervention when they would benefit most. Cerebral palsy or high-risk of cerebral palsy can now be detected accurately and early using a combination of standardized assessment tools. Early detection enables timely early intervention when the greatest gains are possible from neuroplasticity.

Emmanuel's three threads here have shown more love toward him than he's probably received in his entire short life. Precious little baby is so very loved. Hope he can be found. He deserves peace. ❤️

On Wednesday, Judge Moore told the Long Beach Post that ethical rules prevent him from explaining why he granted probation to Jake Haro.

“I’m absolutely precluded from commenting publicly about the case,” said Judge Moore, who acknowledged that the controversy caught him by surprise. “In 18 years, this is the first time I’ve been taken to task in this manner about a decision I’ve made.”

How convenient for him that he can’t discuss the case and is precluded from explaining himself to the public at large. His supposed “ethics” didn’t seem relevant when making such an absurd and reckless decision which allowed a violent child abuser to serve no time and consequently, able to harm and kill other children.

Personally, I think there should be an exception to such rules if the community at large finds a judge’s ruling to be especially heinous or one that allows a violent offender to go free to harm others again — especially considering the severity of the wounds done to the original victim and the clear escalation with his next victim.

This a situation that cries for accountability from multiple individuals.

I'm angrier at the criminals who committed the crimes.

Whether or not the judge gave a insultingly light sentence (which I agree he did), JH is the one who committed the crimes. It was JH"s decision to harm Emmanuel.

Yes, the judge made it stupidly easy for a known abuser to continue to abuse, but it was Jake who made the decision to harm Emmanuel, to lie about the kidnapping, and to lie about the burial.
