I've went looking for photos online of Emmanuel and Fox News had these on a video. In the first one is similar to one I posted the other day as to clothing and the scab on his nose. I think it's the same day since the clothes are the same and they are in I guess the truck? In two of the photos he is holding his head up.

His left arm looks discolored and blotchy. Could it be a huge birthmark? Or bruising ?
And it looks like finger bruises on his right chest above his nipple. A place many place their hands to pick up and hold their baby. Why no happy smilies on that little boys face? The next picture he looks gone like nothing's there.

There was a lot going on in that family for sure. Rebecca doesn't ring true, I get the feel of I know my baby's gone and he did it, but I know that will be blamed.

the attorney represents dad only thus leaving mom to legally fend for herself. despite the father's history, i find this another very interesting bit of info that i don't like... no matter who nor what happened to this poor child.

It’s hard to read much into this particular detail. An attorney would be foolish to agree to represent both, even if asked. I don’t know exactly where this situation would fall on the really-bad-idea to barred-by-California-ethics-rules spectrum, but in all events, I don’t believe anything can be read into that since we can’t infer from it whether the dad wanted joint representation. The window for them to reasonably have joint representation closed when the police came out publicly accusing her of making inconsistent statements.

Plus there is the fact the attorney representing him is the one actively representing him in the pending probation violation case — killing your baby would surely be a much bigger probation violation, and just the suspicion would be likely to influence a judge’s exercise of discretion. So he was kind of already roped in by default.

But of course, under most people’s theories (mine included), she was set up to be the one to take the fall for it if it went wrong. So while I don’t think we can infer anything from his attorney’s representation of just him, I think there is enough for someone to reasonably reach that conclusion without needing that detail.

I know some feel Emmanuel’s issues may not be due to abuse. But after seeing the living result of his abuse in that precious seven year old daughter. I have my doubts. Waiting for his medical records to one day be revealed, so we know the truth.

The daughter who is seven now - is blind, has a trach tube, only 3% brain function and is completely ambulatory. His other child, the older brother has FAS.

The cousin and her husband who are raising them are amazing people! Word in the street is - this is where the two year old is also, JMO.
This just sucks , dont it?

What a blessing that in this family, there are still some magnificent people.

That’s a lot to take on, God bless them.

The seven year old daughter with only 3% brain function and a trach is ambulatory? I don’t know how that could be, but I hope so.

Her father took away 97% of her brain, by his own volition. He should never ever have been allowed to live with children again.

IMO

I'm a lifelong Californian. I wish I had more faith in California justice (I'm old, and have witnessed many changes that have left me disillusioned.) I can't even find the words to express the incredibly unbelievable fact that JH is not serving a very long prison term.

Nailed it. Am hoping if they do not make an arrest prior to his Sept 2 court date on felony charges in violation of his probation, they can toss him behind bars for at least 4 years. LE I have faith will solve the case of the missing Emmanuel before he could get out.

I think that was probably a typo, meant to say non-ambulatory.

I think it was posted above that it was the ex-wife’s family who adopted them, so not someone in Jake’s family. But yes, nice to see some amazing people in this whole messy web. Even more amazing for them to take in those children’s half sister if true, who is unrelated to the parents.

If the 2-yr old truly is with that family, perhaps CPS reportedly sending LE to the residence on Monday was required notice? Maybe they can adopt her as well. My first thought was injuries had been found requiring paperwork to be delivered, but perhaps not.

Does Emmanuel have a black eye in this picture? I didn’t do anything except crop the other 2 pictures off this and enlarge it a bit. A black eye or artifact?

It sure looks like it. Where is this pic from? If released by family I doubt they would release one with a black eye

It does seem strange that they would release a picture with a black eye, but it does look like bruising around the eye, and also on the arm. I want to think it is shadows, but I can't convince myself of that.

So this is a 7 month old BABY & ALL of the pictures provided so far are 3/4 shots or profile shots and NO pictures of the baby's entire face?

Help me understand how that is at all possible. For my 7mo I think I have no less than 30-40 photos per DAY of life.

If the parents want E found they should be offering photos of E's FACE, not his profile or above head photos. Jfc.

They attorney could not ethically represent both of the parents in this case, because for both of them their best bet at avoiding life in prison is to throw the other one under the bus. Under the rules of professional conduct, he literally can't represent her. She needs to get her own attorney.

I seem to be missing something here. I would have understood "ambulatory" to mean able to walk, but I see that the child is in a wheelchair. And what sort of existence in practice does "3% brain function" amount to?

What do you mean by "ambulatory", please?

ETA: Apologies, I see that this question may have been addressed by BlaiseFinlay and that the report probably should have read "non-ambulatory".

I'm pretty sure it is just a typo and they meant non-ambulatory.
