I was not judging having an affair...just saying I personally would never tell anyone if I liked and respected that person and vice versa, as I would be too ashamed. Just me though.

Clu, you and I are on the same page. I wasn't judging either. I was concurring with you that I personally wouldn't tell anyone I think it all got taken in a different direction, one neither of us suspected it would be.

BBM: Unfortunately he hasn't been charged with a crime yet. He was arrested and subsequently released, however, the case was forwarded to the DA's office to see IF they will file charges.
he posted bail maybe not arraigned yet but the media reported he posted bail

Not sure how much property the ranch has, but in many states it is illegal to bury livestock on less than 100 acres. When that is the case, many people choose to instead burn the carcass. Some will burn regardless of the size of the property, not wanting coyote and the like digging it up...

This is sad but where do they bury the horses that pass at the rescue??

Something I hadn't thought of. Do they possibly have them cremated that's mainly what they do in my part of the world and if so where.

Well that brings up some very unpleasant possibilities!

The on-site burial option is viable only when an animal has died on its owner's property and the horse will be buried on that property. The California Environmental Protection Agency (CEPA) asks that this method only be attempted with there are no other options available, as it is the least environmentally safe way to dispose of dead livestock.

The Statement of Probable Cause states they moved belongings into both homes she owned.

"Isabella told detectives about her association with Lee and Nicole and how they were staying in a cabin on her property at 788 Geronimo. Isabella said they have been moving items into this cabin since 070114 when their residence was searched. Isabella also said they have been putting some of their belongings into the main structure at 733 Geronimo across from the location."

you would think

but it was in the closet of the ranch owner who had no idea it was there.

brb with the link (not even the cabin she was kind enough to give them to stay in but another one iirc)

So the 40 was likely registered on base. Shell casings for it were found. Now it's missing. I'd love to here where CL thinks it went. What's his excuse?

Also, if you own a gun that goes missing, is there any legal requirement to report that?

Long gone, IMO.

I've been wanting to tell you since the first time I saw it, I love your "signature" about "Oh crap. She's up." It's great!

My son named his jeep also. He has the atrocious name (which I won't mention) right across the windshield. It's rude, but it fits the tricked out jeep he has.

I too have an adulterous affair with my Jeep. I would not read too much into his calling his Jeep "The Mistress" or his "Ball and Chain". It's a term of endearment for we car/truck enthusiasts. Our wives/girlfriends often feel like they're being cheated on because we spend so much time working on/cleaning/driving them.

You really can't leave us hanging like that.

There are several interesting ones she pinned.
For example:
"My doctor told me to start killing people. Well not those exact words. He said I have to reduce the stress in my life. Same thing"

Another:
"You cheated on me so now I have to kill you."

Could be just innocent pins but under the circumstances kind of eerie.

Under one of her pins she also commented about her "damn temper"

Thank you!! :) Do you know how far into JTNP and the desert it reached?

(So weird there were 2 storms just a day apart that were the same description...but you never can tell with those crazy summer storms!)

There was NO storm in 29 Palms on the 4th of July. I was home all day.

There was the huge storm in 29 Palms with hail, downed power lines, flooding, etc that went on for approx 45 min on the 5th of July.

So, is this a classic story of man impregnated lover.
New baby and Lover is going to disrupt life, so let's off them?

Sounds like it to me.
In all likelihood, short of one hudge Miracle, Erin and her fetus, are dead. And have been for weeks.

Body or no body. Actually, it will be highly unlikely that a body will ever be found. Very harsh conditions in the area around 29 Palms.
29 Palms is misnamed. It really should be, 29 dead or dying palms.

This area is the dessert is in a draught. Hot, dry and forget about water. Think. WASTELAND.

Unless one of these two Lees breaks, I don't think LE is going to find Erin. I do hope so though. I was hoping they would get played against each other, so one of them would crack. I don't know that they were even interrogated apart from each other. Or if they were interrogated at all. Were they just talked with? I've seen snips of what he said, and what she said, but not enough to know how it really went. The Moorers in Heather Elvis' case have been a mystery to me and I felt sure one of them would turn on the other. Nope.

The image has the McStay family graves etched in my mind.

Is the ground really hard? Sandy? Easy or hard to dig?

BBM: I've thought about that. This sweet little gal from TN, married her HS sweetheart, goes away when he gets assigned out of state and tells her BFF all about her sizzling affair with a guy on base and that she's probably pregnant by him? Wish I'd been a fly on the wall for that convo. Didn't either of them think this wasn't right? Was there no shame in cheating on her husband to the extent she talked about it freely with her BFF? Girls today! :gaah:

BBM:

AND guys. Takes two to tango.

MOO
