*Settlement Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) - CA - Micah Demskiy (1) beheaded by father. *Andrey Oleksandro Demskiy (28/now 30) arrested & charged (12/20/24) & arraigned (12/24/24) with murder, assault by means of force [likely to produce great bodily injury], corporal injury to a spouse & assault resulting in death of child under 8 years of age. Held without bond. Plead not guilty. Sacramento County
