UPDATED 11:42 a.m.: Federal officials are on the hunt for an unidentified man and woman depicted in a widely distributed child series who they believe may be in the San Fernando Valley. A federal judge issued arrest warrants for "Jane Doe" and "John Doe" on December 31, but investigators are hoping members of the public will come forward to identify the suspects.

The investigation started five years ago, when a federal raid in Chicago turned up 40 photos involving a young girl – her identity unknown – who appears to be about 13. About half of the photos show "Jane Doe," whose face is clearly visible, and "John Doe," whose face never appears in the photos, molesting the victim. Since that 2007 raid, the same photos, now known as the "Jen series" (federal authorities give names to unidentified victims) have turned up in over 275 child investigations across the country.

I had looked at some other pictures and thought I saw what you were talking about, but then trying to find a good picture is hard since most links are now gone. I also bumped up a link that still had some pictures on it.

Here is the pic turned to the right 90degrees. It is just to the right of the cigarette pack. The top of the pic is pointing up where the DVD top is pointing down. It may even be a promo thing from Burger King because of the crown. IDK

I have all the pics saved in a file.

The FBI link we have here no longer works. Think maybe they found him??? Hoping, praying...
Unless they have it posted somewhere else on their site now I think we don't need to spin our wheels any more on this one, eh?

Otherwise, if they are still looking for info and somebody finds the article and pics still on the FBI site elsewhere, I will hook into the big screen TV tonight.
I wonder if I can take pictures of the screen while it is displaying an image and then post the images here and have them not be all fuzzed out?
I am no photographer, only a beginner.

I hope they found him, that TLCox's tip paid off. I have looked at these pics so many times that they gave me nightmares.

I downloaded several different picture editing programs and there is always the same results with the fuzziness; the original picture quality is not very good and the generational aspect of the FBI pictures is an unknown factor, i.e. we don't know how many times/copies the FBI pics are removed from the original pic. I have been really busy with work and we were away for about 10 days over the holiday so I haven't had much time but I still gravitate back to the pic file I have set up for this perp.

I'm sorry I just can't see the picture. To me, it looks like the BR in the title of Bringing Down the House. Maybe someone else with better eyes than I have can see it.

ETA - I just read that tatertot could see it so I looked again. I was looking at the wrong end of the DVD. LOL
My eyes must not be too bad. It must be my mind that is going.

The arrested individual's son, was speaking to news reporters stating that the charges against Letha Monetemayor are ridiculous, and they know the victim in the photos was also a prostitute...he alleges she was over eighteen. This son looks suspect as well :waitasec:

What the heck did he do card the girl? That's a twisted story only an addict would tell. They knew the mom and that mom was mad at that peachy woman and the mom left the child with a drug habit and that translates to both his mom and another man assaulting the girl?

Just his statement saying she was 18 "Just looked real young" made me sick.

Maybe she was of age. It's still an awful, sad thing that happened. Oh and it was just some trick they didn't know. Did they know they'd be taped? I'd so ask her how much she made, and who, who, who would lay down with her?

Read authorities tried to find the identities of this man and woman for years and could not and therefore publicized their photos. It look less than 10 hours for their arrest! Way to go America for getting these monsters off the streets!
