A family member posted this on FB so I'm not going to mention the name since I didn't find her listed as missing anywhere else.

Mp listing says: 5'6 inches (-1" from doe) 130lbs (-12lbs from doe), short hair, missing about 22 years and would have been about 21YO (pic looks like a HS type pic so she is younger there).

Missing year may have been 1992. I don't see an exact last seen date. I don't know what state she was in yet.

Does anyone know what is behind her ear in the 2nd PM photo in the 1st post?[/B] It looks like a tattoo of an awareness ribbon to me, but when I zoom it looks like a weird shaped scar. She was only deceased a few hours.

I think that is stitching from the autopsy.

I just sent a PM to the webmaster/page administrator of blackandmissing.org, asking if they could please post "Ballet Dress Woman's" info. I included link to Roselvr's NFM FB page as well.

From what I could learn of "ballet-length " skirts, the term "ballet length" varies from knee to just above the ankle, with a length between the midcalf and just above the ankle being the most common descriptors of 'ballet" length. It seems to depend on who was writing the advertising copy for the skirt.

I was going to ask this too. The resemblance between the woman in that photo and Jane Doe is uncanny. The nose, the eyebrows, and the lips look almost exactly the same as JD. The picture is pretty blurry and faint, but that resemblance has me pretty stunned. The one problem is probably the "about 22 years ago" part, but I imagine memory could be pretty hazy after that long.
