#KellenWinslow - Now under re-direct questioning by prosecutor Jane Doe #1 again says she doesn't know if the photo of Winslow's Hummer she is shown is the same vehicle that picked her up. However, she told police it was like a "Hummer, but it was a Jeep"

I dislike Defense attorneys when they get the witness all confused. Then the witness might makes mistakes in their testimony. Not saying this is what happened. It might have made her nervous.

Let us wait and see if the Prosecution can turn her around.

Jane Doe #1 says when she was 12 years old "a Mexican" gave her a ride and assaulted her.

I really like Court TV's format. Their screen size is better if you want to see the other windows open. I stream on my laptop. I like their commentators better. Overall I am glad they came back. Plus they stick to just one Trial at a time.

Geez, the cross was painful to watch... They should of prepped her better. Hopefully the next witnesses will sound more credible and seal the deal. His smirking was out of line, hopefully the Jury caught that.
