Here I am! Not much to report here but the presence of news vans again for the first time in several days, earlier this evening.

This article says LR waived his right to remain silent. Thank God. This guy is his own worst enemy.

http://www.ktvu.com/news/20606391/detail.html

I'm behind in my reading, so if this has already been discussed, maybe you guys will clue me in?

~snip~ The investigating officers also told the court that Ross had “also voiced some misgivings about caring for a developmentally disabled child” and added that neighbors had not seen Hasanni for about two weeks.

Those revelations came less than 24 hours after authorities confirmed to KTVU that Ross had failed a FBI lie detector test. ~end snip ~

My bold and underline - so no one but the JC & LR had seen Hasanni for 2 weeks? Has anyone else stated that they saw Hasanni at such and such a time in the days prior to his going missing?

Thanks,

Salem

LE must have some good evidence to go ahead and arrest them (like blood or something). I can't imagine them having reason to arrest them just based off the failed LDT or their general dislike to them.

Having been here at WS for over three years (member for two), and another website for cold cases (many years) - This won't be your last Paulette...I am still emotionally involved with Trenton (Duckett), Arreone (sp), and so many others that have yet to be found.

Someone please invent a device to FIND the lost!!!

Well, I guess LR can't read here now and change his story, but maybe LE can give him this message from me:

YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT - GIVE HIM UP. THOSE OF US WHO LOVE HIM WANT HIM BACK!!!!

I am sorry to read this! I was hoping against all the info that the foster parents were innocent. Another case of the ones who should protect a child harming it instead. :( There are way too many of these cases.

Oh my goodness...he's gonna spill the beans! It was the right move to arrest them at different locations because they'll never know what the other said to LE.

This is the 1st thread I followed every day and I hope It's the last. The frustration, anger and worry really take it's toll when you get emotionally involved. You begin to feel that this is your child and the helplessness is overwhelming.

Your words are so very true. I personally think LR will talk ... He always has to be in control, and it always has to be about him, since he can not control JC right now, I think he will have to try to put his own spin on this .

I wonder if she went to the Shuz store to get her pay check (Friday) (away from LR the first time and LE got her to spill or she herself just couldn't take it anymore) ??

And does anyone else find that back yard area a complete polar opposite of the inside of that house, it looks like a junk yard out there, I just find that odd, after the inside, being so perfectly clean it was scary.

Maybe I'm confused but I thought the loose screen was in the front of the house? :waitasec:

I think the one with the loose screen is Hasanni's room. Its a blue room at the top of the stairs. When the copters went over the house I seen it, but it looked fixed and with the same bushes. And Now someone said there is a hot tub?

I would search for the post & discussion about it, but I'm not going to go there....remember how many pages it was...you all might not hear from me for hours if I go & look for all of our posts when we discussed this in one of the other threads!

Police also searched the 2002 BMW Ross was driving the day Hasanni disappeared, taking swabs, the rear seat of the vehicle, carpet from the car, two car seats, molding and latches, according to a receipt of property from the FBI. An Alameda County Superior Court document also shows that four fingerprint lifts, eight DNA swabs and one pair of latex gloves were taken from the car.

Plain clothes Oakland police officers searched the Fremont home again on Friday. Fremont police provided security during the search. They allowed cars to leave the subdivision but not enter

Yeah, I think he'll give up his right to remain silent and throw Jennifer under the bus, carrying his baby and all.

"This isn't a missing person case anymore. It's a homicide investigation," Thomason said.

The boy, Hassani Campbell, was reported missing by Ross on Aug. 10. Ross told investigators that he had left Hassani, who has cerebral palsy, in a parked car outside the shoe store where Campbell worked.

Thomason would not say what led to the couple's arrests or what had led police to conclude that the boy was dead.

Watch this video it shows that this is the front of the house...it's the video when the FBI took LR to have him show his steps on the day Hasanni went missing. It clearly shows this is the front of th house...not the backyard!

Just got caught up! I need to check my messages more frequently!

Either in my last post or the one before, I was wondering if this was the 'quiet before the storm'!!!! I am so happy to see arrests in Hasanni's case! Now lets just hope everything sticks.

I think that JC will break if she is offered a deal. It is very important that Little Man be found.

I am so very tired tonight and am going to have to go to bed, but just wanted to post how glad I am to hear this news! Good going, guys! BTW, I am Diana on Hasanni's MS!

Take care all, and good night

I wonder how long it will be before some defense lawyer tries to use the Jaycee Dugard case to try to argue that, without a body, his client must be innocent?

I am glad Jaycee Dugard is alive and well, but I think her case just made LE's job harder. Not mention the job of the prosecuting attornies.
