2. Ross had two failed marriages in VA - we've yet to investigate that!

Yvonne? Maybe.

I've been TRYING to find her, but nothing YET...It seem that people he talks to online DON'T know WHO he really is...most of the profiles he's using online aren't updated with him living in CA...Most still say COLUMBIA,MD:waitasec:

FF - I think it's great you're considering another memorial for our little guy. I can understand the folks in Rockridge being against that one. I, for one, do not think there should be a memorial at a site where a.) Can't be confirmed the person was there b.) It was the site of the murder or c.) It was the site the body was found

I think memorials should be at a place the victim was happy and safe. Some place they will look down from Heaven and smile upon.

That said, since we can't really confirm Hasanni was happy at home, my suggestion would be a park he enjoyed or maybe the beach.

Quick story -- 3 years ago, my brothers best friend was 21-22 at the time. In the Navy Seals. Loved the beach and ocean more than anything. He was in Hawaii cliff diving and got caught in a rip current, never to be found again. We all got together and gathered momentos of his favorite things, burned them, and spread the ashes over the ocean. We knew the ocean gave him peace and would be happy knowing he would forever be there.

Just a thought . . . .

Sounds like WSer's nailed this one pretty good! Louis tried so hard to convince everyone he was innocent. Where is Hasanni Louis? Is he in the Salvage yard???

ForensicFan pulled up that info on the last thread - you can go back and get the link...this man can't do anything right can he?

Are you saying FF found he was married to Yvonne?

I remember the info about "it not working out with Yvonne" and that being on the East coast.

Let's hope whatever that lunatic is selling, no one else is buying it. That's messed up.

It really is so messed up--that's why I didn't really even want to post it here--why give credence to such a thing? I may even report abuse at the link, so the editors will just delete it.

I hope we find out what evidence they have to suggest murder--is there still a presser today?

Ummmm guys? Why is no one reporting that LE are searching anywhere, that there is no unexplained gatherings of LE anywhere, or that a child has been located?

I'm beginning to worry now. It's reported that they're talking and have been since last night. Something is WRONG! Why isn't LE going to get Hasanni?!?!

I said I wanted sightings of Hasanni to be on video, and that is probably what they got from WalMart.

I'm guessing their salvage yard source was either false info leaked on purpose or the sighting of a 5 year old boy could not be verified (someone had come up with the idea of LR planting the idea that it was Hasanni crying when it could have been Aaliyah).

If they are going to find Hasanni now they have to go back and track the movements of the Foster Parents from Aug. 6. Hopefully, someone from the general public has information they didn't realize they did because it was reported on Aug. 10.

In addition to what your guessing about the junk yard, I'm wondering if that was leaked from LE or if a reporter interviewed ppl at the junk yard independently (I can't remember how it was written up).

I sound like a broken record, my brain is stuck on that text about the BART Platform. Louis said he didn't leave Hasanni alone there, basically it was made to sound like his threats were his way of "spouting off", but it's really bugging me.

He could not have disposed of a body at this Platform, could he? (I don't know what a BART Platform consists of, so please excuse my stupidity.)

FF you were asking about doing something for a memorial for Hasanni, so I wanted to suggest something that isn't too much money. In the case of Nevaeh Buchanan here in by me the locals are holding a spagatti dinner (gosh I think that's how you spell spag..LOL) to raise money for a bench to be at the pre-school she went to. It will have a inscription on it with her name etc.!

Any extra $ they have left they are donating to the pre-school for parents who can't afford all of the tution in the coming semester. Many families are just above a cut off for help in paying for the tution & don't qualify for any state help. Or if the school he went to dosen't charge any left over $ can just be donated to help a child in need with school supplies in honor of Hasanni. It could be named after him & just maybe it's something the school & locals can continue to do in years to come.

Even if locals can donate books, crayons, backpacks, & other needed school supplies, that would be something Hasanni would like since it has been said he loved books.

If a bench can't be put at the school than at the park near his house! You could also plant some flowers around the bench that would bloom all year round or a flowering tree for shade by it. I'm sure I can think of some other ideas, but these are just a few that I think Hasanni would be proud to have in honor of him.

He would love to look down from heaven seeing families sitting on his bench enjoying a rest & looking at the beautiful flowers or flowering tree. I know in CA that you have some some flowering trees that just smell so wonderful. When I visit my brother that is one of the things that I look forward to & find relaxing & peaceful.

Have faith.

And what's that thing everyone is always telling me I need?

Oh, yes: patience :)

all about BART

I think this is the station (Union) where LR said he would drop Hasanni.

I've only been on BART years ago but don't think you would be able to. Trying to get good map of area to post.

This occurred to me, too, but I'm not sure if it's plausible. A BART platform is the place where the BART train (the subway train) stops and people get on board. It can be elevated or above ground but some platforms are underground, too, since trains run above and below ground. There are underground passages but to leave a body there might be sort of hard with trains coming and going--unless it were at a really early hour of the morning, but the person would have to walk down a track tunnel. Of course there are garbage cans at the station and I guess LR could have just put Hasanni's body into one of those...

I know as much about BART as you do. But here's what Microsoft says the one in Union looks like!

If Burris doesn't know what they have against his clients, he should look at the arrest warrants. That might help. (They are sealed but not from the lawyer, right?)

A judge must have signed the warrant so he/she thought LE had enough cause for arrest.

From the begining I believe that most all of us never believed "Litle Man was in that Parking lot on 08/10/09., LE never believed it either. They said that was one reason for arrest.
I was the one who said LR may have planted the idea about crying child being Hassani, because of his description of 30lbs. the guy at the junk
yard just repeated what LR said, why would he have questioned it at the moment it happened.
the other thing, crying like that where LR would, referance it to worker,
seems more like a 18 mo old. to me. My grndkids over age of 4 don't just sit and cry for long periods . By that age children start developing copeing skills, and 'Little Man was 5yrs 11 mo. and IMHO probably survived by using copeing skills.
I will never believe that Hasanni would sit in a vehicle with LR and just cry and cry. "Hasanni was probably better than that due to fear of LR..
Hell he scars the crap out of all of us and we don't really know him.. on that level..
LR has manipulated people his whole life, the guy at junk-yard is one of an ever growing list.....

The possibilities on what they've done with Hasanni are horrifying and endless.

The thought of the garbage cans is where my brain keeps going. I hate the thought. I also keep thinking of that photo of Ross and the duffel type bag. I'm making myself sick.

I found several charges for a LWR DOB 10/17/45 in Roanoke City VA. This couldn't be grandpa, could it? Just with that name and the connections to VA, seems too much of a coincidence.

Although, if LR isn't really his name . . . .

His parents died when he was 5 IIRC. (1976)

ETA: What am I thinking? This was LR who said this. I don't know whether it was confirmed.
