I wonder if they were able to determine a probable cause of death? I was thinking maybe a homeless person who had passed away naturally but the clothing “wrapped under the torso” makes me wonder. So was it like folded or did it gather because she slid down the embankment? Also “off the embankment” makes me think she was tossed or rolled but I am sure it’s not implying that.
