*Pretrial & Discovery Hearing for both (@ 8:30am PT) – CA- Trinity Love Jones (9) (est. died about Mar. 1, 2019, found Mar. 5, 2019, Hacienda Heights Trail; found in rollaway type duffel bag; believed to be have been placed on the trail Friday, 3/1/19) - *Emiel Lamar Hunt (38/now 40) Bf arrested (3/9/19), charged (3/12/19) & arraigned (11/19/19) & re-arraigned (9/15/20) with 1 count of murder & torture. Plead not guilty. $2M bond.
Previously convicted child abuse in 2005 after his toddler son was found unresponsive, malnourished and bruised at their San Diego home.
*Taquesta Alishashas Graham (28/now 30) “mom” arrested (3/8/19 in Hudspeth County, TX), extradited (3/14/19 to Calif.) & booked (3/18/19), charged (3/22/19) & arraigned (11/19/19) & re-arraigned (9/15/20) with 1 count of murder & torture. Plead not guilty. $2M bond.
Convicted sex offender-convicted in 2009 of enticing a minor female for prostitution.
Trial was set to begin 1/18/22 was continued with no further dates.

Mother, boyfriend sentenced to prison in 9-year-old Trinity Love Jones' death

April 22, 2022
POMONA, Calif. (CNS) -- A woman and her boyfriend were sentenced Friday to state prison on the eve of trial for the death of her 9-year-old daughter, whose body was found partially inside a duffel bag near a Hacienda Heights-area equestrian trail.

Taquesta Graham and Emiel Hunt were sentenced to 15 years to life and 25 years to life, respectively, a court official said.
