It is a good lead. She was in a plane crash into the ocean, so not sure how inland this property was. So many people missing in that area...along the 1. Wish we had more info.

If she was found close to the beach Patricia is a very likely match. The pilot of the plane washed up fairly close to the airport (Miramar Beach)

If Doe was found more inland it could be Kimberly Portillo - MP19992, went missing from Ocean Beach (San Francisco), CA on October 19, 1998. It's about a 30 minute drive from where she went missing to Half Moon Bay.
