Well if he has googled us and found us I would just like to say to him, "Be afraid, be very afraid...the sleuths here are more than you ever anticipated."
:clap::clap::clap:

And may I add ~ "Where is Hasanni?"

 • #642
I didn't hear any pleas for Hasanni's return, but I didn't see every minute of it.
Oops ~ LR, you forgot to plead for Hasanni! Remember that next time, ok?

Yes! Where is Hassani? I hope not under Bart trains or in the waters of the Bay!

Summary of that video:

Reporter said that sword was confiscated as weapon. LR described as decorative Japanese sword. About 2 feet long from his hand width IMO.

Said LE did not need search warrant because he had offered for them to take whatever they needed. (LE agreed they have been forthcoming.)

Jennifer denies that there was domestic violence. Doesn't know where they got that.

LR left the children at the house (ran to bank) on August 10. The children were napping (he says). He said he volunteered that information to police. He had voiced misgivings about raising a handicapped child. LR and JC say it was LR who convinced JC to bring the kids into their home. He had been raised in a similar situation ...

LR says he failed polygraph. Said they told him he was 99 percent deceptive (which according to LR meant he did not pass control questions either).

Controls: Are you 38? Do you live in Fremont? Is your name Louis Ross?
Poly Qs: Do you know where Hasanni is? Can you take us to him?

LR continues to deny having anything to do with Hasanni's disappearance.

ETA: Discussion on polygraphs and that they are computerized make it very difficult to beat.

And if anyone heard anything different from this, let me know. I'll fix.

NEW VIDEO: Missing Boy's Father Discusses Failing Polygraph
http://cbs5.com/video/[email protected]

ETA: LE did find the sword when they searched the home....this is in the video from the court docs the reporter said!

TTA: He left the 2 kids at home on the day Hasanni went missing! :furious:

Added to the media link too!

I am constantly amazed by this man(not in a good way). If I watched THIS video and it was the only one I'd seen ( and I hadn't been raised by sociopaths), I would believe with all of my heart that he was telling the truth. Mind boggling. That should serve as an example of how adept he is at manipulatiing those around him. In this video he appears so human, sweet, kind, charismatic and eager to please. All the while making excuses as to why things don't add up.
Somebody just get that dude drunk already..and then ask him...geez!!

I wonder if this link would help at all? According to this, a navigation system (is that GPS?) would be optional for a 2002 BMW.
http://www.edmunds.com/used/2002/bmw/m3/100003687/standard.html

Yes it did! Thank you!

He strikes me as the kind of person who would want extras on his car, but it depends on how he was doing financially. And I don't know whether he bought the car new or used. Someone else could have made the decision on whether to get a navigation system ...

Are people more truthful when they are drunk .? I think they are more belligerent!:waitasec:

He failed the control questions ? Name, address, etc ?

Haven't we been questioning his id here ?

Did they even count the control questions ?

If you were to watch this with your speakers off, he appears to be talking about a good book or a vacation that he was just on, he doesn't seem to be having a conversation about his missing child.

Did anyone else notice how beaten down the girlfriend looked? She sat there the whole time with her head down.

:) That is why I added that it was according to LR he had failed the controls.

Unless he was lying about any of those things (age, where he lived, name) I don't think he could have failed the control questions.

I didn't think they assessed the controls.

I noticed that too, clutching the big pillow on her lap.

I don't know how qualified this person is and I'm sure there is an expert somewhere who would disagree with her comment, but I found it interesting:

Reactions to control/comparison questions indicate fear of discovery on those questions, and if that reaction is greater than that of the relevant questions, this would indicate that the subject has no fear of discovery when asked the relevant questions and would be considered truthful when answering the relevant questions.

When reactions to relevant questions are greater than reactions to controls fear of discovery is placed on relevant questions more so than controls and the subject will be considered deceptive.

IF the above is true, then he must have reacted more to relevant questions than to the controls?

From this, I don't think they ever say you were deceptive on the control questions just that you reacted more/less in comparison with relevant questions.

Good grief--something important must be happening. The earlier presser with the Oakland cop sure didn't hint at any developments--but he may have been perfecting his "poker face" so as not to tip off LR.

It was Jeff Thomasom I believe. Didn't take to him & his ambivalent stance. No more searches, missing person case, LR very cooperative, no new leads, blah, blah blah. I wanted to poke-r his face

Also, in the video he mentioned that "polygraphs" were researched on his computer and he said they did research them because of the concern with her being pregnant.

There is just too much out there on polygraphs.:)

The polygraph, or “lie detector” is an instrument that measures and records physiological responses like breathing rate, pulse, blood pressure and perspiration. The underlying theory of the polygraph is that when people lie they get measurably nervous about lying. Its name stems from “poly” for the multiple sensors used and “graph” for a single strip of moving paper that records information, although most polygraph examiners now use computer images instead of analog instrumentation. A polygraph examiner is generally a highly trained interrogator as well as the technical operator of the devise and will use their experience in addition to the machine to detect your truthfulness.
One of the most intimidating parts of the polygraph exam is being attached to the sensors that will collect physiological data from at least three systems in the human body. After being attached to four to six sensors, your polygraph exam will likely start with a pre-test interview to gain some preliminary information which will later be used for control questions; this is called the “Control Question Test,” or CQT. Often, the examiner may ask you to deliberately lie several times to test your responses; this is a “Directed Lie Test,” the DLT. They may also ask “probable-lie” questions, such as “have you ever stolen anything?” (even the most honest person has “stolen” a pen from work or a candy bar from their little sister or some other “theft” that concerns them enough to show a stress response when answering).

Finally, they may use the “Guilty Knowledge Test,” GKT, a test that compares physiological responses to multiple-choice type questions about particular facts that only the examiner and you would know. The majority of American Psychological Association members surveyed think that the GKT is the most accurate of these tests and consider it “a promising forensic tool.” However, polygraph testing is still largely controversial in the U.S., so why do so many police agencies use it?

This is live video coming to us from Ben Aquirre Jr.'s twitter re the media circus outside JC/LR house in Fremont (just click on the yellow triangle to watch the video:

http://www.qik.com/baguirre

Thanks so much for this link elepher. I counted 6 media trucks. The vultures circling the dying animal, just waiting for the right time to swoop down & peck his eyes out. (is that to graphic for this site?)

When they come for him, we must give him a new name to match his new persona. How does "the prisoner" sound. Apt & fitting the new circumstances.

I was going to call him the 'confinement engineer'...think that will pad his resume well enough?
