Detectives then simultaneously conducted a search warrant Friday in the Pleasant Valley area of El Dorado County, where they discovered what is believed to be the remains of 33-year-old Heather Gumina, his wife.

To me it looks like he has on Van's style shoes with a thick white sole wall. Similar to these: The Royale - Nero

I wish we could see a different outcome where she did defend herself and it was him that was missing.

He has a case file about threatening a witness in another case. He is a dangerous BULLY.

I just wish Oklahoma would of volated him back in January. And picked his butt up.

I think MOO he killed her because she was finished. She wised up and was getting out. She looks to have been in DV since early on with him.

If she had a broken collarbone, I can't imagine her agony. My honey and the veterinarian I worked for broke theirs....They were untouchable for weeks. Has anyone reported as to why she had a broken collar bone, like we don't know......

He should of been violated already from the last DV call.
Was not that incident in February?
Then he thought he was smart by getting her to marry him a month later.
Or were they married in January? Note pictures and her post show nobody present at wedding but the 2 of them.
I just wish she was able to see the 1000 reds flags flying with this violent creep. Controlling and manipulative with a side order of Terror and abuse. Ending in her death.
I pray her autopsy tells the story.
I bet she will have more broken bones other than the collar bone.

Let's all remember, he took her to the hospital when she received treatment for the broken collar bone. Also that time he kicked down doors and headbutted her, he took her phone so she couldn't call 911. He said she was trying to send him BACK to jail.

Outside of the courtroom, Gumina’s family showed up to support him but had no comment for reporters on the allegation or motive. CBS13 spoke with Gumina’s first cousin before the arraignment. He says Gumina is innocent.

“I just want people that know him to stand up and say what’s right. Tony is not it. Tony is not the murderer,” he said.
