i am in cali n(not LA though) my neighbor has that bougie floor in the garage and finished the walls but he still parks in there lol.

Is he a contractor or similar? That's what they do with the leftover bougie stuff. And I have a friend who lifted the roof in his garage and put in this super expensive car elevator thing so that he could stack his collection of 4 vintage cars and still have room for another car next to them. I have to say, that it was the best looking garage I've ever seen (an actual garage, with cars in it).

It is the same name I see and says they have two companies located at the Hutchison address...the Helms Square and the Green Path one which could be their business.
Yeah, I see that now! I wasn't able to search on Open Corporates until just a few minutes ago

I wish we knew more about HP's friend that said she had picked her up at the H + F complex just last year. It stands out for a couple reasons.... 1) why was her car not there and she needed to be picked up from there? 2) LA was pretty locked down still most of 2020 bc the vaccine wasnt even out yet (just an observation) and 3) how does her friend not remember why she picked her up and why/who she was there with?

They are almost 40 like myself (just saying not in college or young where that might happen a lot) and if my best friend asked me to come pick her up at a random apt complex downtown I would certainly ask her these ?s as most best friends would because that would not be a common occurrence... You also think she would have explained like you wouldnt call and ask for a ride when you have a car without explaining why you didnt have it and needed a ride...

These are truly interesting questions. I think most of us have a real bad feeling about this case, but I sense there's a whole 'nuther layer to it that we will learn later...

Perhaps the friend does know the circumstances around picking her up at H+F, but chose not to divulge those to the public. I do wonder why she would have mentioned it at all in that case though. I do trust she told LE everything she knows about that pick-up. JMO

Green Path LLC

Interesting. Now that I have a second to do the search, I see it's the same people, just an additional LLC. They have some young adult children as well

I totally agree with that but if she knew you think she would have just told LE and not the media after they had been reporting consistently she had no ties to that building or anyone there etc. but hopefully she does know more whether or not it has anything to do with this case or not.

Exactly. When I looked at the property records it was originally described as lot A and lot B. Must have been split at some time in the past.
I think that it was one lot of approx 5400 square ft. Due to zoning changes and lot size it was eligible for subdividing, splitting the lot, which happened just a couple of years ago before new house construction. The petition to the Asesor office is on the first thread, with a lot of typos as seen in some docs related to Heidi as previously noted.
Theoretically, the original owners/sellers, who became the new owners but as an LLC with a 540k 4 year loan due in 2019 did some complicated title work and almost simultaneous recordings to do deeds with another few LLC’s for a construction loan or in an exchange or collateral for the back lot and construction. So on paper there was a loan for 550k initially on a lot worth nearly twice that. The little old 1920’s houses on the street and neighborhood are listed around 1.2 mil. Plus value of new construction. New 3129-3131 Helms Houses are now appraised between 1.3-1.5 million each.
All pretty fancy. What could possibly go wrong?

Wow. As my dad would say, "Looks like he was ridden hard and put up wet." I would given him 65...maybe older.
I'm not 100% convinced that is JS on the muffin man video. And whoever that is looks intoxicated to me. jmo

I think I’m not organized enough to manage transactions as complicated as all of these seem to be. I have to keep notes on this case just to remember who does what where, and it isn’t even a two full threads.

Sorry, new poster here, sorry if this has been covered...does anyone know if she may have been getting another dog? Maybe as a birthday present for son? Maybe bringing 7 to see if they got along? I ask becuase there is a breeder listed at the high rise (Frenchies)

Well, that is very interesting to consider, @SuperScout. Do you happen to know what floor this breeder is on? How did you come by this info, are you able to say?
And, welcome to Websleuths. :)

Trying to abide by the rules and not post info ...I was just checking all of the LLC's and Inc.s attached to the building...there are a couple of interesting ones...the breeder is on one of the lower floors ...and thanks for the Welcome!!

Edit-- I said "lower floor" which is not correct- above 20th fl

Why would JS take muffins to her house if he knew she was missing? Do we know what day he was there? MOO
Anyone who knew what has happened to HP could alibi by creating evidence that suggests that they were personally as clueless as the public before the missing person situation was known to media. LE, or even most of HP's close contacts.

My gut is that the surrounding financial mess is a smoke screen at worst or perhaps just confounding issue in what has happened. Probably wrong as usual.

Complex case. Hope for fast resolution preferably with a live HP of good reputation but live and safe works for me too.

I’m back to considering what I first thought about this, statistically…..

Yes!

I did some corporation research and note taking today and found at least SEVENTEEN businesses (a few were inactive but most are not) associated with Heidi. For some, she’s simply listed as the registered agent. For others, she’s listed as a manager/member, owner, or controller. For those that are inactive, one or two were dissolved, one or two were suspended/forfeited by the Secretary of State, and one or two are under some sort of administrative hold. It’s a lot to make sense of and wade through — that’s for sure!

Also, nearly all of the corporations share the same business address on Santa Monica Blvd but have different suite numbers. As it turns out, the primary address belongs to Mail Boxes PMB.

Kudos to you for sticking with it. I quickly gave up after about a half a dozen. It got very complicated, very quickly.

Can you imagine trying to untangle the business affairs of someone like Gates or Bezos or Zuckerberg or Musk??? The SEC and IRS must have 10 people personally assigned to each of them full time. jmo

Turning location svcs off is different than just turning the phone off & would require someone being able to login. Presumably JS knew her passcode (is that odd?) — but you would imagine that other’s access to her electronics would be limited. Given her erratic behavior & lack of evidence she returned to her home after the game—seems possible she turned that off before she left, & purposely left her phone at home. I think her plan was to be not-locatable.

One particularly weird part is that the car is missing. Seems like it would be hard to make a car disappear….
