JUST ON FOX:

Adam Howsly w/ FOX is working with an officer in the San Bernadino Sheriff's office who tells him they will have an announcement given to the publilc in a few hours.

That's about all they said except repeating what I just wrote in my last post.

Normally I would too now that I have discovered HLN, but since Adam Howsley has a connection with the sheriff office I'll keep it there and flip back and forth. LOL We'll get double the milage so to speak!

I mean, i know the ability is there, i just never put it together before.
And all that high school spanish has not been paying off in trying to read the spanish papers. I get about 1/10th of it.
Of course, it has been over 40 years since those high school days.

Something about these two men maybe having come from Mexico to do this job and again about a cartell. And more mention of the 24 yr old.

Maybe this is a cartel kidnapping for ransom scenario even tho no ransom has been demanded (unless the FBI isn't releasing that information). They do believe the family is not telling them everything. GRRRRR!

Authorities may have a significant lead in the kidnapping of a 3-year-old California boy during a brazen armed robbery, they told FOX News.

There was no immediate word on when exactly police in San Bernardino County would announce their findings in the abduction of Briant Rodriguez by gun-wielding thieves.

A news conference was planned for sometime Wednesday afternoon.

Sheriffs have "got a very good lead that the public can help us with," they told FOX.

Just heard on FOX that news conference scheduled for 2:00 PT has
been postponed due to promising new leads. Lets hope for good news.

wow....so sad Dolly....poor little briant...his moma looked so sad today...my heart ached for her...

i just wonder is it really worth coming to the usa.....what they have to go thru to get here...and then to be able to stay....and then go back and forth if they have to....its just crazy....this world is so messed up...there is no happy place anymore....every where...there is problems...no one is safe from all the crazy-ness....so so sad...ugg

It makes me think how terrible life must be for some in Mexico, to take the risks they do, to get here and to try to stay here. IMO, most families come with hopes of a better life for their children.
Hoping they find this innocent child unharmed.

OT: Yes. It takes out one mh instead of the entire mh park. (I think they need to figure out why tornados are always attracted to mhs. There has to be a scientific reason for it.)

On HLN now an FBI TH said either this family owes someone something or has something somebody wants back.

The norm if it were revenge would be to do something to the people in the house right then and there, like kill or wound someone. To take the baby tells authorities they are sending a message.

Either Mexican organized crime or gangs, but there was a definite reason they targeted that home.

The FBI guy is saying these perps just look at this little boy as a piece of collateral and won't cut his hair or change his looks in any way. But he also said he is sure LE has a good idea about the motive for the crime and what criminal acrtivity is going on with these people. They now have a full multi-task force of many LE agencies working on the case.

I hope the little boy is found safe and if the family is involved with something illegal I also hope they are investigated. I really hate to see this type crime coming into the U.S. Gangs are bad enough but the kidnappings are not something we have had to deal with. Kidnappers getting the wrong houses, people, and possibly shooting is not something that people who live in older neighborhoods need to have to deal with before it eventually creeps into the richer neighborhoods.
