Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial was set to begin on 1/15/21 continued with no further dates.

4/26/21 Update: Arraignment hearing. Assumed she plead not guilty (again). Next hearing on doctor’s report on 6/29/21. 6/29/21 Update: The hearing on doctor’s report was reset to 7/23/21 at 8:30am. They also set a PC995 motion hearing that same day. It’s a motion to dismiss.
7/23/21 Update: Status hearing reset on 8/6/21 for doctor’s report & PC995 motion.

They had the hearing. The PC 995 motion was denied and the doctors report was heard and “matter set.” They then set a trial setting hearing for 9/27/21 at 8:30 am. So I assume that’s what the “matter set” meant but I could be wrong. That’s all there is on the docket for future events.
