I am guessing no answer from LE re. the lead, JMO. However, in a quick search online, I did find a male with same name & same birthdate living in CA. (because of the unusual spelling of Jasen and the last name IMO it is a possibility). Will try to find a contact to write to, so far I only see a phone number, and being non-American, I don't feel comfortable in phoning it in. Nor should I post the possibility here IMO.
