I'm hoping this is more clear in the actual testimony? I'm not sure what to think about that... although, because she is family, she could have sat in on court every day if she had wanted to, so not like she wouldn't have heard everything up to this point already.
Yeah I'm just wondering why she hadn't already seen her own police report. Perhaps she doesn't have access to all the files.

This says Part 2 but I don't see a Part 1 up yet.

eta Note posted under video -

NOTE: Day 29 Part 1 will be uploaded at a later time, hopefully tonight, or maybe in the morning, thanks for your patience. I figured, it's better to upload something rather than waiting access to part 1. - From AddiLawCrime in the L&C Chat

ITA - I think it took courage, and lots of love for her dad, to take the stand. Especially since she was young in 2010 and probably might not recall everything. Her answers seemed honest to me, as did her belief in CM. jmho

I'm not ready to make a judgement call based on tweets ;) Really would have like to have been able to watch this, but audio is better than nothing :)

CM's the one that contacted LE and advised them about the situation JM's own family didn't even have enough concern to do so. I suppose CM should have also tracked down the killers?
....say what.......?

DK contacted PM before anyone contacted LE. CM didn't contact LE, he had a warrant. A neighbor called Animal Control (semi-LE), then MM contacted LE.

oh I see what you are saying... maybe because they just wanted her to use her memory? that actually seems like a good thing... not like she was "studying" her previous statements.

But CHASE didn't call LE as Texas Red wrote. Chase had a warrant, or at least that's his excuse.

You mentioned everyone else that went there, including animal control, but didn't mention Chase contacting Susan and going there... just thought I would add that for clarity is all :)

This is what I'm saying citygirl... now does this mean that everything Mike said was true or he remembered everything at that moment? probably not. But I think this applies to other witnesses in equally stressful situations. I have kids, at 18-19, I fully imagine being interviewed by detectives in a case that your dad is being blamed for murder of a family you knew would be stressful. Also, sometimes at that age, unless you specifically ask the question, you may not get a specific or clear answer .. cuz they are teenagers and suck lol My son got pulled over once... he came home shaking and didn't even get a ticket! No way this was easy for her, and I'm disappointed in the comments I have read about her today. JMO
My post wasn't meant to be specific to Taylor's testimony. Just testimony in general. I can't take any of her testimony as valid because she was a little girl . Eleven when it happened and interviewed when she was Fifteen. And, now as an adult, testifying for Daddy. To save his life.

Garcia.. Sequieda... Mitchelly.... And numerous LE reports that EVERY witness has referred to LOL

I love how the transcripts or reports are only relied upon when it 'supports' the theory. I would like to know when her first interview was... before or after Merritt was arrested.

Neither Cathy or Taylor were interviewed until AFTER the bodies were discovered. When they are first interviewed, years have passed.
